But of course, my first Shadowpeach thread ever would be about angst! I created it on Bluesky, and just don't have the energy rewrite it all and bring it all over here, so I'm redirecting with a link!

So if macaque has a daughter but she isn't related to wukong who's her other parent or is macaque her only parent like their is no mom or other dad

Trust at first sight

Wukong is not biologically Chu Yue's father, but later down the line adopts her!

Macaque made Chu Yue, by accident.

There is going to be a comic about this later but here is the explanation:

Macaque was recently resurrected and walking through a forest when he cut his hand on an odd orange tree. Didn't pay much attention to it and kept walking.

The next day he is passing by the same tree again and there is now a huge orange on it. Curiosity beats him to it and he decides to cut it and carefully bring it down. Seems like a relatively normal orange, besides the size, until suddenly he hears chirping coming from it.

he peels the orange and lo and behold there is a child directly looking at him inside it. Learns to walk on her first seconds alive and recognizes him as her father.

Macaque, stunned, decides to take her home.

and that's the beginning of the AU!

So you have 29 aus- first, are you okay, (silly) are they hijacking your brain? Secondly, tell me about ypur aus:

1. Choas Crossing: Is this a Mk au? It seems like it by the title or perhaps a Xiangliu? My guess is one of them goes into the choas beyond or to the world as we know it, and choas coming with them.

2. Pushing Up Flowers: This feels Macaque and Wukogn coded, and I can not figure out why. Anyway- this feels like someone is dead or a ship fic, very opposite, but it's all I can guess.

3. Raising the Harbinger of Choas Cuteness: This is probably Wukong or Macaque raising Mk, and I have been dying - dying for more of these kinda aus and content. Pls feed me this wonderful-ness. I'm starving.

Actually, counting my 3 horror AUS added onto my 27 normal AUS, it would be 30 AUS and I also have 1 more AU that I haven't added on yet, so actually and technically I have 31 AUS at the moment, oops.

And no, I am not okay, I am being held hostage at staff point and being forced to forever create LMK AUS, SEND HELP!

Cosmic Crossing- I believe you mean Cosmic Crossing, and this is an AU where Wukong and Macaque are the physical manifestations of the Sun and the Moon respectively, they see one another across the star maps and fall in love with one another but only are ever able to meet during a Total Eclipse.

This AU is all about overcoming the cosmic binds of the Universe and allowing the Sun and Moon to meet whenever they wish to. Sun Wukong and Macaque love one another so that they are willing to defy the natural order of the cosmos so they can be together, always.

Pushing Up Flowers- yes, you would be correct! This is a Wukong and Macaque one too, this AU is set in the past where Wukong is able to revive Mac by using a forbidden magical art, it's a play on the phrase Pushing Up Daises! After Macaque is revived flowers grow from his right eye socket, and flowers grow wherever he walks/sits/lies down etc.

Mac has no memories/feelings over Wukong anymore, he is basically a hollow husk of his former self. It's sorta like Hanahaki-adjacent, but instead the removal of the flowers allows for Mac to remember Wukong and his feelings for him.

The more time Wukong and Mac spend together, the more Mac remembers Wukong and remembers his feelings. It's a long slow burn.

Raising The Harbinger of Chaos Cuteness - DING DING! Yup, this AU is all about Wukong and Macaque raising MK in a Coparenting situation! But it's vastly different because of circumstances. When Xiangliu awakes MK, he is caught in the act by Wukong, who chases him away from his Stone Egg, only to then watch as MK hatches from the egg. He ends up being a single father for a while, but he soon realizes he NEEDS help.

So, he reluctantly seeks out the reincarnations of the Pilgrims, Sandy, Pigsy and Tang. Then he also frees DBK sooner than in canon and he reconciles with the DBK Fam because having another Dad around to talk to will help Wukong raise MK. LBD gets freed sooner than normal by someone that I won't disclose right now, and Mac gets revived sooner than normal.

And LBD wants revenge against the Great Monk Tang Sanzang, but since he's not an option, LBD goes for the next best thing and sends Mac to go steal MK away from Wukong so she can raise MK as her own to hate Wukong.

Mac, still hurting from his death and knowing if he doesn't do this LBD will get rid of him, he goes along with it. However, he falls prey to MK's cuteness and also when he sees how much Wukong is struggling being a dad, he gives up on any ploy for revenge.

Because there's no revenge that he could ever devise that's worse than Parenthood. Mac decides instead he will watch over MK as a shadowy sentry, and at one point, Wukong catches him watching over MK.

And the two have a tense reunion with one another, and then Wukong extends Mac an invite to stay on FFM with them when he realizes Mac is in trouble. Mac cannot say how he's in trouble, just that he is. And so, Mac ends up living on FFM under Wukong's protection and Mac sorta just ends up on a wild ride of being MK's second monkey parent and co-parenting MK with Wukong.

Where we will try to have the art replicate the show style as close as possible, just for consistency, and try to get VAS who can imitate the voices of the og cast well, and also probably have to create our own soundtracks for it, because I doubt we would be able to use the og score of LMK without copyright issues. Also, this project would be completely non-profit and hopefully LEGO would see it as a labor of love and not kill it before it started!

Anyways I don't know if this project will ever bear fruit, but hey I can dream. Maybe if I get enough people interested such as artists, voice actors, script writers, and story boarders, and sound track makers then maybe.

Anyways, I want to make it abundantly clear that this project will try to be as faithful to the show as possible if it ever kicks off and shipping is not going to be a big focus.

There might be moments that could be interpreted as possible shipping moments, but there won't be any outright confirmation, aside from maybe Freenoodles, because come on Pigsy and Tang are a hundred percent married. I want to keep this more focused on story than shipping, even though I am a Shadowpeach lover myself, I know ppl don't vibe with that.

Anyways, there's some samples on how audio dramas/animatics can come together to create something truly special!

So, I was thinking about... well, you know, bringing the fandom together and trying to do a Fanmade S6 but in animatic style. Where we will try to have the art replicate the show style as close as possible, just for consistency, and try to get VAS who can imitate the voices of the og cast well, and also probably have to create our own soundtracks for it, because I doubt we would be able to use the og score of LMK without copyright issues. Also, this project would be completely non-profit and hopefully LEGO would see it as a labor of love and not kill it before it started!

Anyways I don't know if this project will ever bear fruit, but hey I can dream. Maybe if I get enough people interested such as artists, voice actors, script writers, and story boarders, and sound track makers then maybe.

Anyways, I want to make it abundantly clear that this project will try to be as faithful to the show as possible if it ever kicks off and shipping is not going to be a big focus.

There might be moments that could be interpreted as possible shipping moments, but there won't be any outright confirmation, aside from maybe Freenoodles, because come on Pigsy and Tang are a hundred percent married. I want to keep this more focused on story than shipping, even though I am a Shadowpeach lover myself, I know ppl don't vibe with that.

So any interactions with Wukong and Mac will be carefully curated that can be seen in any way you like, friends/family/brotherly or romantically if you want.

Sorta like how Hocrea does their Wukong and Mac interactions, if you haven't SEEN their LMK animatics go check them out here:

Anyways, they do a pretty good job of keeping their Wukong and Mac moments balanced, where it can be read as platonic/romantic. And that's how it will probably be if this project gets going.

Each episode would be treated with care and with respect, and would try to remain as true to the original show as possible, and be for everyone to watch!
