Wait a minute, so Macaque just gave birth and everything. Coupled with what happened to Lady Bone Demon, he's likely to go through postpartum depression. Do any of the gang notice? Or are they caught up with everything else?

Also, how did things work out when the Brotherhood shows up?

They’re too caught up in stuff. But also he’s been quiet and sad since day one so it’s honestly hard to pick up especially if they don’t have a medical professional explaining to the postpartum, they wouldn’t really know.

Does either lady iron fan or Red boy know that Mac is alive in the amnesia au?

They haven’t really seen macaque so they don’t know. He’s always been away from the fighting or in the hospital whenever either of them made an appearance

And the group don’t really know that Mac might have ties to the dbk family so they don’t really bring it up. And Wukong wasn’t about to bring it up either cause it’s a weird thing to begin with, and he doesn’t really find a good time to tell them on one of the few occasions the dbk fam isn’t aggressive

Red son is probably the first to see him at the end of season 3 but even then he doesn’t click it’s macaque cause 1)he should be dead and 2)he acts so differently than the stories he has heard

Ouch. Amnesia au Macaque, I can't imagine how he's doing mentally after all that. If we couple that with his postpartum depression and him thinking of himself as a bad person making him believe that his partner is justified in hating him. And pretty much having no one to talk about this ( I love the gang, but they don't know him that well) and couples with the lack of understanding of his abilities and without his memories yeah bro is suffering

I was mainly focusing on the macaque doll, but now that it’s done i am free to rant and rave about my many many aus

As for wukong feelings,

When MK first Astro projected to him to tell him how Mac disappeared and MK is so sorry for letting Wukong down, Wukong first thought macaque ran away and abandoned the twins like he abandoned Wukong under the mountain. He’s gonna feel awful for thinking that when mindless monsterfied macaque comes hunting after the group, clearly being controlled by LBD. He swears he trying to be better with his opinion on Mac but old habits are hard to kick.

After that, he’s trying hard to focus on the task at hand and trying not to think about macaque because he can’t save Mac rn, and the world is kinda at stake, so Mac has to be a second priory to finding the weapon that can take down LBD.

In his mind, Mac would be free anyways if lbd is gone.

To macaque, after being saved, he internalizes how he was not even priority

Nah, I really like the monkeys together, so I'm not really interested in any other ships being serious.

I really, really, really like shadowpeach so I don't really actually ship anything outside of that.

There's like 3 exceptions, such as lunartides in King's Game but that's just cause Wukong's a lil fucked up. And in Rotten Fruit and Monster Of Jisai, Macaque and Xiuying used to have a sexual relationship/thought they were in love but turns out no, but that's just cause I needed MK and Chao-Xing to exist sooner than Wukong and Macaque would reunite/met.

Shadowpeach is my otp, and I love them so so so much! I'm very not normal about them. As you can see by the amount of aus I have about them.

But I was wondering do any of them ever like adopted kid? I remember bai he in your au also their child. I was curious a bit because Shadowpeach is either carry the baby or they cheat and make the baby with magic

Don't worry, the only one who i expect to keep track of all the ocs , shadowpeach kids, and aus I have is me :D

As for the answer, it depends on the au, if you mean Cracked Family, Macaque and Wukong do adopt Bai He, but that's because she's Chao-Xing's adoptive sister and her parents in that au are dead.

Chao-Xing is my main/og shadowpeach kid btw so the only one you really gotta remember is her.

Bai He is also their adopted daughter in the Spicynoodles Tangled AU, she's LBD's daughter who she abandoned in favor of getting away with Red Son so they took her in.

Other aus, she's a shadowpeach kid expect for Rotten Fruit and The Secret AU, where she's Macaque and the Mayor's child, a case of dubious consent and an oops respectively.

Shadowpeach is always cheating with magic for babies, because my Macaque and Wukong are both ftm trans men. So magic is always involved in making a shadowpeach baby.

The type of au determines whether the baby hatches out of an egg like Wukong, or whether they get just born no egg involved.

So yes, they would consider adoption if it ever came up.

I dunno if they will cause this family tree is big enough already and in some cases it just keeps getting bigger.
