I was bored so I collected a few Hungarian dishes that I would 100% cook for my feedee if I had one.

1. Babgulyás

It’s like the classic Gulyás (Goulash) but with beans. Honestly, I prefer this more than the other one.

2. Lángos

Best summer food ever. It’s very messy but damn it’s good. It’s a deep-fried bread and we usually top it with garlic, sour cream, and cheese.

3. Kürtöskalács

I could NEVER live without kürtöskalács. Seriously. You can have it with different toppings but the classic is cinnamon.

4. Hortobágyi Palacsinta

Oh my days I could eat this anytime. It’s a meat-filled crepe topped with paprika sauce mixed with sour cream.

5. Palacsinta

Since I mentioned Hortobágyi Palacsinta I couldn't miss mentioning the crepe itself. We usually fill it with cocoa powder, or jams, but I also love it with lemon juice and powdered sugar.

6. Töltött Káposzta

EVERY Hungarian eats this at Christmas. It’s cabbage filled with meat and rice. For a long time I didn’t like it but then I tasted it and everything changed.

7. Rétes

Not my absolute favorite, but it’s very tasty and sweet. We usually use cherry and poppy seed filling for it.

8. Csirke paprikás

Another classic Hungarian dish. But this is only good with nokedli.

9. Bejgli

Another food that you would definitely find on a Hungarian family’s dinner table at Christmas. It’s one of my favorites. The classic fillings are walnut and poppy seed.

10. Túrós gombóc

I LOVE it. It’s cottage cheese balls rolled in breadcrumbs and topped with sour cream and powdered sugar. We also have this with plum.

Being so obese that standing up is hard but getting worried I'm not fat enough. I just imagine how good it will feel when I'm so big I'm a sweating mess just trying to get my fat covered legs past each other. It'll feel so right. Like an inescapable, heavy, sloshing burden I've loaded myself up with, but exactly what I deserve. Wheezing and gasping, forced to stop and hold on to whatever I can use for support while people rush past me, unable to walk at a normal speed or for a regular amount of time without taking breaks, Ideally if I can't reach the underhang of my own gut to pull my t-shirt down over it and so I just have to waddle with it sagging against my wobbling thighs, and seeing my reflection in shop windows I'm shocked at how wide I am and how my rolls sag. The harder it gets to move, to stand, to breathe, the more insistent I get on keeping my gullet stuffed. Wheezing, I waddle from my bedroom, which has had to be moved to the ground floor, to the sofa and there I stay all day with my gut resting on the floor. Just eating my mobility away bite by bite. Dressed in oversized versions of designer clothes that have had to be specially produced for me, paid for by my extremely wealthy parents. Young, trapped in my own fat, and so spoilt. Nobody ever said no to me. That's how they ruined my life. And I love it.
