Yesterday was #internationalpolarbearday. At Peakz we love polar bears and this day is necessary to raise awareness of the devastating affects of climate change and the need to conserve this creatures. We love @artyoueat’s climate activism in the form of these cookies. Check out her Instagram as well at @artyoueat. . . . . . As the ice caps continue to melt at rapid speed, the polar bears' habitat becomes increasingly sparce, leaving them without any hope for repopulating. There is no "conserving" a species whose habitat is doomed due to progressive global warming. It is being proven by basic physics that humans are expediting climate change. Anyone denying climate change is delusional. 😣 The scientific evidence is overwhelming. Going vegan is a start, as animal agriculture is a huge contributor. We hear that polar bears' population is dwindling, we care for a moment, then something else catches our attention and that's that. Humans can't survive these changes either! We keep having children, but don't take steps to helping this world thrive for future generations. I'm emotional today and the polar bears are just one thing among millions buzzing in my head and heart. This isn't just about "saving the cute animals", it's about saving our Earth- home to all of us. De er proppet med nærende ingredienser 🌰🍌❤️🥜🍫 Så den kommer her 👇🏻 . . . 75 g friske dadler uden sten 2 modne bananer 2 spsk. havregryn 2 spsk. kakaopulver 100 g mandelmel 2 spsk. Nøddesmør (evt. fra Mindful Bites ) 1 spsk. rom aroma VALGFRIT DRYS: Finthakkede mandler, peanuts, Peakz chokolade, eller hvad du lige har ved hånden. . Blend mandelmel, bananer, dadler, kakaopulver, havregryn, peanutbutter samt rom aroma fint i en foodprocessor. HUSK at Trøffel-massen skal være kompakt og fast (dog ikke tør!). Hvis massen føles for våd, kan du tilsætte lidt ekstra af de tørre ingredienser og modsat, hvis den er for tør. Lad trøflen-massen hvile i køleskabet i 15 minutter.
