Time For Another Installment Of The “Collectionzz” Series…1993 - 07 - 07 Roma, Italy - Stadio Flaminio

Pearl Jam as a whole have finished touring for the year so I figured now would be a good time to dip into the archives and share another great piese from the guys over at collectionzz.com.

This site is an incredible platform for collectors from all over the world to share their collections. Music, sports, toys, film, anything you can think of, this is the site where it’s being showcased. These guys are really trying to do something special for the collecting community. Not to sound like a testimonial in an informercial, but I’ve done it and it’s pretty fantastic.

So yeah, the guys over at collectionzz.com have graciously shared some phenomenal artifacts with me and I’m very appreciative for that. This one is no different. This is Ed’s handwritten set list for Pearl Jam’s final show of the tour supporting U2. 

A very energetic crowd for this show prompts the band to add several songs to the set that are not listed, including a tag of U2′s MLK in Daughter. 

Knocking out this show in under an hour for close to 80,000 people is something you can only imagine. Or, thanks to YouTube, you can watch right now.

There is also a second version of this set list. It’s definitely not Ed’s writing. This penmanship is common from the early set lists and unless someone can say otherwise, I’m thinking it’s Stone’s.

Despite being completely different handwriting, they tell the same story. A story many of us wish we could have heard first hand.
