       Perhaps it was a stroke of luck that Sycamore would be settled at the front desk, talking to the receptionist, but the distant look of the man who entered caught the professor enough. Best not let him bother the receptionist, so he stepped forward with a cautious smile.

       ... Hotel?        “Bonjour, I’m afraid you are quite a ways off, monsieur. Richissime is north of here, if you’re looking for a hotel...” Then, with a pause, he dipped his head a tad. “Are you alright? You seem out of sorts.”
