Specifically, it’s a joint venture that is currently (according to Wikipedia) between Walt Disney Direct-to-Consumer & International (majority shareholder, 60% stake), NBCUniversal (30% stake), and an unallocated 10% that AT&T formerly owned before selling back to Hulu, LLC last month (April 2019). And 10 days after the sale CNBC reported that Disney was in talks with Comcast (the parent of NBCUniversal) to purchase the remaining stake from them. No deal has been announced yet.
