I've been having a recurring nightmare where I'm sent back in time and get stuck in the 1970s with no hope of ever returning. And I just have to live out my life pre-internet pre-computers and years before gay or trans rights get anywhere. All my skills are useless there, all my dreams unattainable. It's been making me very grateful to live in the 2020s, ironically.... Every time I wake up from that dream it's like, oh god, thank fuck.
