Based on a scene from my very silly fic: "what happens when the person you like suddenly crash-lands into your dreams? (f*ck around and find out! 😘)" :

Whose dream was this?

Whomever it was, Yeseo did not mind their groove, basking happily in the scene. It was sunny and warm, not too hot nor too humid. A perfectly weathered day, with a vibrant sky that accompanied scattered rows of clouds, the world painted by a beautiful golden hour. Fish even playfully came up to swim around his legs, making Yeseo giggle as he spun around to follow them, dancing in amusement.

‘Pretty.’

Head snapping behind him towards the shore, Yeseo blinked in surprise.

Standing on land was Jibril Diop himself, staring at him blankly as if he had been the one stunned by an unexpected presence, and not the inverse. Since when has Jibril been there? So absorbed into the picturesque scenario, Yeseo had completely forgotten that this was someone else’s dream and not actually one of his occasional vacations after days of papal work, having amused himself for what felt like hours with the pretty little carp in Sérénité’s lake without a care in the world.

There was no visible expression of mockery on Count Lancelot’s face, though Yeseo was certain that the Jibril Diop he knew back in reality would've made fun of him for being in such a state. But perhaps because it was a dream, Jibril did not say any of his usual stern reminders of Yeseo’s rank and position, instead carefully taking off his boots before stepping in to join him in the water. Leaving gentle ripples in his wake, Jibril made his way over to Yeseo before coming to a slow stop just a meter away, the fish having all scattered away.

Incubus Yeseo AU; Post Canon AU set long after the main story (ch920+) and probably a few years after some of the side story events but not that spoiler-heavy ig? (shameless papapa with a sprinkle of plot 😭)

SUMMARY:

“Yikes… Slept badly last night, Your Holiness? Or has someone been bothering you lately?”

Frustration inadvertently came back to prick Yeseo's eyes with tears. He must have been too slow to blink them away, however, because Jibril immediately straightened up, his playful expression becoming instantly alert.

“... What?” Jibril scoffed in disbelief. “Did something actually happen? Who would dare mess with you? Don't even try to play stubborn and just tell me—we wouldn't want something horrible to happen later just because you've been hiding secrets.”

Yeseo's face was turning red now, because what was he even supposed to say to this? All of his issues that have been plaguing him for the past month were exactly because of Jibril f*cking Diop!

Jung Yeseo is a late-bloomer incubus with newfound dreamscape-hopping abilities.

Very quickly, he discovers that his friends tend to have…… interesting dreams involving him.

(OR: 5 times Incubus!Yeseo visits his friends’ dreams + the 1 time he turns dream into reality.)

Alcohol inks on stone paper ö

. Its like drawing w alcohol on matte plastic

- which - basically is what it is cause the paper's binder is a type of plastic p sure

. The pooling n bleeding isn't as crazy but its still there

. I threw away the one dried out colorless blender I had that I used to smudge inks cause it was begging me to retire (the tip was fraying hella)

. So I had difficulties blending how I used to (esp Cedric's dumbah fit being All. Black. WITHHH fine gold detailing!!!! Bro wants me to suffer TToTt

. I tried keeping the white so the yellow detailing could pop, but if something involves more fine motor skills than necessary, im driving off the road---

. Scrapped all that (cause you can see every stroke due to pooling so it didn't look good -> see Christelle's hair, that pink was *especially* not . Nice.)

. Went back in after a neater wash of darks w white gel pens and then gently added yellow ink over top (it was a micro war dawg, cause the alc eats UP the gel TToTTT) (but we win these TToTT i made them hold hands 👫)

Btw I always love answering Asks and if anyone needs clarifications/elaborations/or just simply wish to discuss about TWSB (characters, lore, etc) I'm very happy to answer them, but if you guys could maybe include the chapter(s) in the novel where you are at, it would be very useful 🥹👍 My memory is not always the best so I sometimes have reread certain parts to remember the full context to give the best and most accurate answer aaueujfjfjfkk

There's still some questions in my inbox that I have yet to answer (I'm so sorry if you're reading this) but I will get to them!!! trust!!!!! Hi! I was wondering if you knew possibly where to read the entire novel for TWSB? I noticed from your account that you seem to be a huge fan and appear to know what happens in the novel, so I was hoping that might mean you'd read it and knew where it was! :D I know EatApples.com has it up to like Chapter 200 and something, but it's like over 900 chapters in total, I think, isn't it? I love it so much, and I've caught up to the manwha - I wants to read it all!! Thank you! :D :D

Hello!!!! Sadly there is no proper translation that covers the entirety of TWSB (920ch main story and ongoing sidestories included) as of yet.

If you are able to, I would recommend reading on Ridibooks since it's very easy to use and also foreigner-friendly (but sure to stick with the webnovel version and not the ebook, because the ebook can only be read within the Ridi app and thus cannot be MTL'ed 🥲) : https://ridibooks.com/books/425193516

Hello!!!!!!!! Thank you for liking my art, it really means a lot 🥹🫶 and sadly I don't have an epub, the only one I have is in Korean and literally exclusive only to the Ridibooks app, but if you're able to, I do recommend reading on Ridi (outside of the app) since it's easy to use 🥹

I wouldn't recommend buying the Ebook version if you can't read Korean bc you can only open it in the app (so MTL isn't possible), but the individual Webnovel version chapters can be bulk-bought and read directly on browser, so you can use your browser's MTL to read very easily!
