Basically, it’s a what if Icarus was the Angel of Death? (Philza) and Quixis acts as a Mumza of sorts, but without the romantic relationship between the two. Icarus goes to each universe and basically goes on a killing spree because Quixis killed his partner of a certain timeline.

hey I just had a realization. hey. uh. okay so the vod of ic seeing Portal fall, with the elevator appearing and all, is called 'Consequences' and. the vod in which Krit wakes up with the portal arm and eye is '⌆⌬⌗⌾⍔⌬⌆⌘⍩⌆⍔⌗' which when ciphered and shifted correctly (using the IRL one) *also* Translates/is to 'Consequences'
now I'm not saying there's a theme, I'm just saying that portal falling definitely had its consequences- /lh /silly guy
