Do you remember that scene, at the beginning of TPM, when Maverick is taxiing the Darkstar onto the runway? In the same time the Admiral Cain came and Hondo say: '...you know what happens to you if you go trough with this.' and Mav answers: 'I know what happens to everyone else if I don't.'
That's because he had Ice and know they can't do anythink to him. <3
