I know many people think this is a Jemily scene. Well, I’m sorry to disappoint some of you, but it’s not. 

While on their way to Paris, the two of them were talking about tattoos and how Emily should get one to cover some of her scars.

JJ suggested a blackbird tattoo, and the first thing that came to Emily’s mind was the Beatles song. 

While having a little argument back in season 5, Rossi mentioned that Hotch’s favorite Beatles album was the White Album. 

Which song is precisely on that album?

i always love it when on the later seasons of criminal minds one of the ogs (reid, jj, emily, rossi, penelope) casually something that happened early on and the newbies (matt, luke, tara) are like ??? you were what.

some examples:

jj: not after tobias hankel

tara, luke, matt: ??

jj: when reid was kidnapped and drugged a couple of years ago and literally died

emily: yeah we were working this case when penelope got shot

luke: penelope got what now?!

i just find it so funny bc it really puts all the shit they’ve been through it person ALSO at some point (idk if it happen, i’m only on s13) i want them to find out that emily faked her death for 7 months and here’s how i want it to play out:

penelope at the round table: so the unsub makes people not realize his victims are dead by faking their deaths

jj, penelope, reid, ross: *stare pointedly at emily*

rossi: gee tell us emily how hard is it to fake someones death, you have pLeNtY of experience

luke: did you just imply she’s faked someone’s death?!

reid: oh not someones, her own. yeah she pretended to be dead and moved to paris for 7 months. we had to go to therapy, and had a funeral and everything
