From the standpoint of having worked together with them back when they were teenagers on Power #Perfume Girl, I feel like, “Ah, they can finally take a break now.” Or maybe more than that, the biggest thing is that they can return to being just “ordinary girls,” like they were back then. They’ve worked so hard up until now that it feels like they don’t have to push themselves toward “the next peak” anymore.

As the editor in charge of Power #Perfume Girl, I feel like it would be perfect if I could just have the chance to interview them one more time somewhere. But then again, life isn’t only about beauty. Rather, after their “cold sleep,” once things have settled down, I think it’d be nice if we could just sit down over tea and say, “Wow, we really worked hard, didn’t we?”

In the very earliest days of Perfume’s history, being able to run alongside them, even for just a fleeting moment, is a lifelong source of pride for us. We hope that not only the Tokyo Dome 2DAYS, but also every day leading up to Cold Sleep, will be free of regrets.
