as you get older, you realize that you’re not always right and there’s so many things you could’ve handled better, so many situations where you could’ve been kinder and all you can really do is forgive yourself and let your mistakes make you a better person.

Tbh, i never had a proper sleep for the past 6 months. And im tired.

Stop pushing yourself too hard.

Life is already hard as it is.

Its hard when you endure the pain n tiredness knowing nothing would ever change.

That is why becoming a doctor is never an easy task.

do not tell others about your problem, unless they really interested to know about it. less open up to people, keep all your secrets to yourself, and tell only to those that actually care.

plus, it is okay to be selfish. do not feel burden or guilt about it. makes yourself happy first.
