Do you ever think about the fact that Halsin was missing in the Underdark for THREE FUCKING YEARS and no one came to save him? How BADLY that must have fucked him up? Not just to be kidnapped and made a sex slave but to have NO ONE looking (or at least not succeeding) is just... heartbreaking.

No wonder he sounds so surprised to be rescued not only in act 1, but then again in act 3 if he's Orin's victim.
