“Does it matter what humans think? Nobody ever said we had to follow their rules.” Nobody ever said I was human. He took two steps forward, before leaving the ground altogether to hover a good foot in the air.
“I’m not walking anymore, so it should be all right.” Kyubey announced. And just to spite the guy, he knotted his tie until it was a horribly lopsided bow.

[--] The other’s grand display of evidently superhuman skills did little to surprise Kid -- he was after all a god of death, and stepping through the air was not something foreign to him.
[--] Summoning his ever trusted skateboard the shinigami hovered up to the other, eyes following his every movement carefully, but when he realised what he was doing it was already too late.
[--] “Stop! I beg of you! Stop this! It can still be salvag----” Alas, the deal was done.
[--] “How... How could you... Someone who so deliberately destroys a perfect order should not be allowed to walk this earrth! I will see to your demise myself. Die. No, death won’t even be enough. I will destroy you for the sake of my perfect order.”

Well, this was certainly unexpected ( to say the LEAST ). “ You don’t have to take it that far. Seriously, calm down. “

Did he just yelled on her? And when he asked to fix her tie, she looked down to her tie which she is currently wearing for the completeness of her uniform.
Indeed, her tie was slightly crooked, but not that it really mattered to Isla–or perhaps no one taught her to wear tie in symmetrical way.
“Understood, I will fix this immediately.”
Both of her hands went to fix her tie, though she did not felt uncomfortable with the previous one before.
“Does it look fine already?”
The Giftia asked, since she could hardly see whether she had fixed her tie neatly or not.
[--] Carefully observing the other’s movements as she adjusted the tie to a more symmetric position. Kid’s precise gaze was staring intently as he took the left-right ratio into consideration and weighed her quick attempt at making it better.
[--] Alas, it was almost impossible for an ordinary human being to achieve perfect symmetry right on the spot. Even Kid himself sometimes had to work for hours to get something just right.
[--] “Pardon me,” he called out as he moved in for the kill, bringing both hands up to the red silk, and with the finest of movement he did the tiniest of adjustments, stepped back to observe, moved in again, until he finally seemed satisfied and a smile spread on his face.
[--] “There! Absolutely perfect! There really is no beauty quite like symmetry.”

‘Tie?’ Kyubey paused in his step, and looked back. What a noisy person. And for some reason, he was staring at his…chest? Red eyes followed the strangely intense gaze before resting on the thing around his neck in realization. Must’ve been this thing. He’d snatched it up from a store somewhere, because it was soft and silky.
“Oh.”
“I thought it was a ribbon,” he said simply, turning around to show the tie in its full, off-centered glory. “What’s wrong with it?”
As far as he could tell, it looked fine. Kyubey tugged on one end a couple of times, trying to ‘fix’ it as the other had suggested.
“Is this better?”
[--] No! No! No! No! No! No!
[--] “Your pitiful attempts at fixing one of the most simple things humans have ever created disgust me! Ties were created with the purpose of balance! Of beauty! Of a touch of perfection if executed right!”
[--] The young shinigami stopped to breathe before continuing his rant about how the other was completely wrong in his very existence. “You are sneering on everything good that humanity has ever created! The very fact that you dare walk these streets like that sickens me!”

[--] Of course you’re touching his soul, greyface, his soul is so huge now that you’re practically walking around it at all times at least if you’re within a range of him of the size of the moon.

[--] Ah yes. Truly a beautiful day. Unlike the scenery back home, the round sphere on the sky that could be referred to as the ‘sun’ in this city appeared to be absolutely perfect, a balance unlike any other. With such perfection shining down from above, how could a day not be beautiful?
[--] The sky was symmetric, the birds were chirping, the roads were nice, Kid was strolling along, that person’s tie was crooked, the fresh scents from the waters in the city hung in the air--

[--] “You!” he yelled out turning around on the spot. “That tie won’t do! I request that you fix it immediately! Please!”
