New Semester, new project! My animatic from Storyboarding and Animatics was chosen to be the project to do Animation Studio. The Project is called Goldie and the Three Brooms. A twist on the classic Goldilocks and the Three Bears with it being a young witch trying to find the perfect broom for her and hijinks ensue.

Here is some concept art of Goldie and the brooms. Goldie has been threw a few changes which ending up having her keep her crescent moon hair. Also the new dress is inspired by a peasant blouse to emphasize Goldie’s poorness.

She finds out the getting the right broom is trickier than she thought. — This is the FINAL version of an animatic for my Storyboarding and Animatic class, We had to create an original story with one or two characters and in the span of 60 seconds The changes i made with the second one are based on the critiques from the first version of the animatic. Final round of process for advance illustration pt.2. This was a great redesign project of Forbidden Planet for my advance illustration for production class. I earned a lot from my instructor, group mates, peers and from The Skilled Huntsman book.

Final results of the Advanced Illustration for Production class. We had finalized our approved works and placed them up on in the hallways leading to our class. Lots of amazing work came from our class and my group. I enjoyed every part of our process.

This is the outcome of our group project for the beta. It was wonderful seeing all of our groups’ hard work to put up our stuff all over the walls. Although it would have been better to place out things more evenly so that nobody had to squat or squint to see our work. This was still an enjoyable process. The variations (which included characters, cars, environments and weapons) that had been circled are the ones that had been approved by our peers, There’s plenty that had been marked but the color doesn't show up as nicely on the camera. The process was stressful but good to see what we and our class as whole, has accomplished.
