Have you also been taking breaks from your screen every 20ish minutes? Could also be that . Looking at screens to long over the course of days can fuck up your eyesight for a while ,especially if your in the dark while online and/or if your screens brightness is down too low.

You should probably talk to a doctor or an eye doctor if you can
