A while ago I did a photoshoot with Greg and Julia and I haven't really posted any of the photos. Here are just a few that I really like. I can post more later, if you guys want but yeah.
P.S. Sorry I haven't been posting on this blog lately. I promise that'll change soon.

Hey, guys. I just had a great weekend with my friends, as you can probably tell.
I only just got to meet Jenna, whom everyone else has known for a while, and she's great. Super chill. We all just hung out doing random shit: decorating Halloween cookies, hollowing out baguettes, and watching School of Rock.
Then, the next day we all piled into Greg's car and went to Denny's and ate so. much. food. (Their pumpkin pancakes are THE BEST)
And after that me, Autumn, and Greg went to Guitar Center for a couple hours, messed around and even wrote part of a pop punk song. More on that to come. There was also a great bit where we sang along to such hits as Never Gonna Give You Up and the Pokemon theme song.
I hope your weekends were as good as mine!

Around Culver City, there are these places where the sidewalk is engraved with the street name. I thought it was so cool, so here is my photoset.
I call it "Street Parking"

Excuse my face but look what happened tonight 💕 I also got to meet sweet lil bandit💜
I know this is my personal blog but Autumn is a personal friend and I'm so happy for her!!
So, I bet you thought you were done hearing about my weekend?
Well, I live near an area of Los Angeles called Culver City. It's a major historical area, movie-wise. It's got a hotel where the munchkins from The Wizard of Oz stayed, the same hotel once owned by John Wayne; the exact building used for the mansion in Gone With the Wind, and lots more. It also has a little bit of small town feel to it. They have summer concerts that go on for about 6 weeks running, festivals and celebrations, and just the random event about once a month.
This month it was an "Affair of the Arts", where local artist could come and set up tents to sell their wares. And since Sunday was the International Day of Peace, a portion of the proceeds went to victims of Typhoon Haiyan, as well as a few charities.
Anyway, it was lots of fun. There were some really great pieces and above, you'll see that I and my family now own some.
I loved the drum/woodwork print, but I was a little heartbroken when I realized afterward that the drums are backwards. The tile with the sax cat on it I just couldn't pass up and I now use it to balance things like nail polish on when I'm working on my bed. And the two glass pumpkins were just beautiful. The first one was my selection and the second was my mom's. I wish we could have gotten a third one I loved that was clear with a teal stem, but I think two glass pumpkins is enough for now.
I love events like these, probably because they make me feel like a part of something. I go to every one I can, so you'll probably be hearing about more of them soon.

For my first post, I figured I'd keep it simple and just tell you about my weekend. I spent it with Julia and I got some great pictures of her I really wanted to share. The second photo is from Friday, when we went to a fancy dinner with a couple of her friends. Saturday I got to meet even more of Julia's friends when we hit the road, pop-punk style. All I can say is that I had so much fun and there was definitely pizza involved.
