And well, it’s kind of a funny story. I’d joked about Perryshmirtz for a while, thinking that nobody really unironically shipped it, and never really understood the appeal, but one day on a whim I was saving URLs and saved this one because I realized, hey, nobody else has it and that kind of URL could get me a good trade or something.

And then I was rewatching the series and got to the episode where Heinz tries to bring his dad back his old lawn gnome and fails and he says something to Perry about how Perry is his rock and I was like... wow... I can kinda see it now? And slowly I fell in love with the ship and here we are now!!

I agree!!! We see him go from musical numbers like this:

to ones like this:

And I definitely think it shows an increase in his confidence in his own abilities and his comfort around Perry, but it also shows how much more the PnF crew came to respect and love Doof as the show went on. His backstories became more elaborate, his musical numbers gained a sort of Broadway-esque beauty, and overall his half of the show just got better and better!! I’m just so glad that he was able to become what he did.

Heeeelp meeeeee. I got into PnF phaze again after few years and i realized I never watched all the series! I watched PnF in my native language, so it was sometimes hard to find all episodes and i don't even know how many i missed... any good site i can watch it? + I was younger when I first watched PnF and i wasn't shipping everything i saw then, but now i kinda remembered "oh, i had a cartoon from my childhood i really liked, i wonder what i would ship now" And i remembered Perry and Doof heelp

KimCartoon (link) should have all the episodes + the movies, go nuts!! It’s so much fun to watch all the way through.
