Random Boone headcanons
Severe hearing loss due to using his gun without proper protection for his ears. Definitely the type of guy to go "huh" until the person he's talking to is basically screaming.
Always looked older for his age. Used to buy beer from the few stores that still used legal drinking ages for his friends when he was underage.
Keeps his hair buzzed because he cannot stand the feeling of hair on his ears and nape.
Incredibly light sleeper. Wind could slightly pick up, and he would wake up.

He was never particularly close with his parents, and hasn't talked to them in years.
Wears his wedding ring with his dog tag. He would wear it on his hand, but he's afraid of it getting caught on something.

Can't look at babies for long. Reminds him of what could've been.

Major insomniac. He spends more time staring at the sky or the ceiling thinking about his life than sleeping.
A big dog person. One of the few times he'll take his beret off is when he's around Rex.
He and Manny used to set up beer bottles/random trick shots to see if they could do it. Now Boone does it with the courier.
Accidentally called female courier Carla one time. He made sure it never happened again.
Claims he'll start working out again, but never does.
