i’m into lots of things but to name my main interests, i really like the elder scrolls, dragon age, vyn/the twelfth world universe, and neverwinter nights! i play/am interested in more games than that, but dark fantasy rpgs are where my heart really is

relating to dragon age, (since this is at the moment and probably will stay mainly a dragon age blog) i loooove morrigan x fem warden, leliana x fem warden, as well as leliana, morrigan and fem warden all dating eachother lol. i’m also crazy about solavellan, and alistair x fem warden <3 my favorite game is origins

☀️ Production Update! (7/18)

Good morning everyone! Just a quick update today. We received our wax seals and they're all perfect! Unfortunately, we hit a bit of a snag with our love letter printing, but that's already being resolved as I write this post. We're looking at one last little delay that should only last, at most, about two weeks, and then they will be in my hands and we can finally move onto address changes. I apologize for the additional wait after you have all been so patient with us, but I assure you it will very much be worth it! And we should have photos of the letters early early next week to share. 👀

alessia definitely carries lyrium on herself for morrigan !!! she knows morrigan isn’t likely to forget to carry it or anything, but it just makes her feel a little bit better that she will be able to provide mana for morrigan if the worst happens and she is completely depleted and without lyrium…morrigan probably tells alessia that it’s unnecessary, and that she isn’t thoughtless or forgetful enough to ever need it, but i think on the inside she’s a little surprised…surprised that alessia only does it for her, and no one else…and for unselfish reasons at that…it makes her feel almost warm that alessia cares so much for her well-being, before she brushes it off in true morrigan fashion.

morrigan starts practicing more healing / creation magic after seeing alessia fall in battle in a way that scared her to near death…she always focuses on fighting whoever or whatever alessia is in combat with, sometimes leaving the others to fend for themselves a bit if she gets worried enough…and they can forget her using her healing magic on them. she only ever uses it on alessia, and they definitely think it is unfair but alessia prioritizes protecting morrigan when they’re in combat anyway so it’s not like she’s gonna get hurt be like “wow maybe i should heal EVERYONE and not just my lover…” no, alessia fights the way she does to keep morrigan out of the direct line of combat so nothings getting to her if she can help it 😭 she will help them if they seem to be losing the upper hand but if they want healing they had better turn to wynne…because if she heals anyone at all it will always be alessia

Thinking about Fergus and little sister hero of Ferelden…he spent his whole childhood watching her grow up. she has never known a day without her big brother at her side. it’s true that he expected her to grow up and marry at some point, but it’s exceedingly clear that she is gifted in combat. He knows that all she wants is to get into battle, to stop being Bryce’s youngest child and to start being a fighter in her own right. And he wants it for her, he wants to go into combat with his little sister at his side…but he doesn’t expect it to happen the night he left with their family’s troops. He doesn’t expect his little sister to be the only one to survive the attack on their castle.

The castle where they were born, the castle they grew up together in, the castle they fought both in arguments and in combat training…his little sister is truly without him for the first time in their whole lives. And he has no way of seeing her face or any reason to speak her name, his only contact with her for months is hearing about the remaining grey wardens, how his little sister is the one traversing all of Ferelden and saving them from Blight. The little sister who, last time he saw her, was essentially begging to be able to go into actual combat.

She has grown up in such a short span of time, and he hasn’t been there for her…and now everyone knows her as a fighter, she’s their hero now. He knows that she’s their Hero of Ferelden now, but she was his little sister first </3 and he always wanted her to get what she truly wanted, which was to be out in the world and fighting, but both of them know that she didn’t want it like this. The life she’s spent all of her adolescence dreaming of came at a very steep price…she is everything she was always meant to be, but it has cost both of them their parents and Fergus his relationship with his little sister. One of innocence, spent within castle walls where they spent countless days with eachother.

just. idk. She’s the Hero of Ferelden now, and no doubt the whole world knows her. But she was his little sister first </3 Before the whole of Ferelden needed her, there was a time only Highever did. They will never be able to go back to their childhood days, where they could be with eachother whenever they wished, whether training or just in eachothers presence. His parents, wife and child all stolen from him, and his little sister made into a bard’s song. Only to be heard of, and hardly ever seen. Ripped apart by circumstance and Blight.
