How to see Auras
If you want to see the Aura, you need to:
-Increase your eyes sensitivity -Vary your range of interpreted vibration beyond the visible light.
You can accomplish the above by:
-Making use of your peripheral vision
-Increasing your exposure
-Intensifying your brain’s visual sensation, i.e. the communication between your brain’s left and right hemisphere
Peripheral Vision
You may be wondering why the need to use peripheral vision? Well, your retina, i.e., the focal plane of the eye containing photosensitive cells, is not so much damaged as the central part. Your central part of the retina is always in use so much so that over the years it suffers a progressed damage from excessive illumination like watching too much TV, artificial light, computers, etc. In addition, your central vision has adapted in certain ways over the years. You know why young children see auras much easier. It is because their central vision has not been damaged yet. When they go to school, they are told how to use their vision, and as such, they slowly lose their Auric sight.
Increasing Exposure
This can be easily explained by using the example of when you want to use your camera in a dark room. You need to increase the time of exposure of the film. The same thing goes for your eyes by focusing them on one spot for a while.
Your eyes can be able to average images when a scene moves in front of your eyes or when in motion. When you focus on one spot, you are increasing your sensitivity because of your eyes’ ability to average the incoming light and combine the effect it produces.
Your photosensitive cells work like vibration sensors, something similar to three radio receivers tuned to three colors RGB. If you want to get a large vibration of maybe a swing, you need to apply a very weak but persistent force. If you concentrate with your eyes on one spot, you can see how this effect looks like; i.e. you can slowly shift your photosensitive cells into large vibration with a very small stimulation, which in turn leads to a visual sensation that is interpreted by your brain.
Here is a practical example
Stare at the black spot at the centre for about 30 seconds. Take note of the effect taking place on the colored dots by using your peripheral vision. Do not look anywhere else.
When you stimulate peripheral sensors for a while, you have color sensations, which are very different from what you see with the central vision. The more you focus, the brighter the “Aura” surrounding the colored areas. This is because of your increased sensitivity. You can look at this picture for hours and not see anything. However, you will notice that there is a significant difference when you concentrate on one spot for long enough. This exercise is to show you how you can be able to use certain capabilities of your eyesight. This is however not really a true manifestation of how an Aura can be seen.
Practical example 2
This exercise aims to show you how you can stimulate the communication between both of your brain’s hemispheres and increase the potential needed to see Auras. Take a look at the picture shown below. Let one of your fingers touch the space between the circles.
Change your focus from the tip of your finger to overlook the circles. You are supposed to see four circles. Try to overlap the two circles in the middle and you will see one circle with a white cross on top of your finger, at the centre between the two. The cross shows that the left hemisphere of the brain, which is linked to the right eye, is communicating with the right hemisphere, which is linked to the left eye.
You may find the cross floating somehow and unstable at first. You can make the cross stable by experimenting with the distance between your finger and eyes. You can gain the most benefit with 45 minutes of concentration, which is said to make a significant difference to your auric and mental abilities. The best way to go about it is to start with a minute or two and slowly increase the time with each week.
You should be able to generate and maintain a perfect cross without using your finger with time. While maintaining the cross, use your peripheral vision to recognize the other 2 circles and everything around. There should be Auric colors around the colored circles shown above. You can be able to see and read auras if you can diagnose your surroundings through your peripheral vision and not lose your concentration and the cross.
Advanced Levels Of Concentration
There seems to be a slightly closer diameter on one of the crosses when you are focusing. This means that one of the hemispheres of your brain seems to have dominion over the other. If you are a male, the horizontal diameter will most probably be above, i.e. left hemisphere dominates, whereas if you are a female, you will most likely see the vertical diameter above, meaning that the right hemisphere dominates. Try to bring the hidden diameter to the front by concentrating as much as possible. Your most advanced level will be when you achieve and maintain a perfect balance. At first, concentration gets a lot deeper. Then, after 2-3 minutes, it seems like you are losing your sight, with the bright background now turning dark purple or pink. At last, the level of sensitivity and awareness increases significantly.
Colors and Auric Pairs
As demonstrated in the previous exercises, it is evident that real colors are surrounded with Auras of different colors. Here is a list of Auric Pairs of colors for all colors of the rainbow, which are clean.
red - turquoise aura; turquoise - red aura orange - blue aura; blue - orange aura yellow - violet aura; violet - yellow aura green - pink aura; pink - green aura
If you look around, you will see that the Nature loves Auric Pairs. You can be sure to find turquoise body parts in any red colored bird. This goes to yellow-violet, blue-orange, and pink-green associations. This is just as true in birds, as it is in fish, flowers butterflies; it could be anything, which has vivid and natural colors. You might notice “the next best” color sometimes as opposed to a perfect auric match. For instance, most flowers that grow on trees and surrounded by green leaves are pink or purple, violet, or red.
Natural Auric Pairs are very stimulating, and as such produce a great feeling of happiness and beauty. It is important to memorize and master the above Auric Pairs because you might tend to confuse for example a pink Aura around someone in a bright green dress, which may actually be the Aura of a dress, and a person.
Seeing the Aura
The following exercise is supposed to help you experience the Aura for the first time or practice seeing Auras. It is important to choose the right conditions in order to see the Aura better, and be confident of what you see.
Find someone and let him or her stand in front of a very lightly illuminated plain white background. If you make a colored background, you will see a change in Aura colors, but you might need additional knowledge about combining colors. You may find that some combinations of Aura and background colors could cause misinterpretation.
Find one spot to look at. You can settle for the middle of the forehead if you like. This location is commonly referred to as the Third Eye or Brow Chakra. Some cultures like India put a mark on their forehead. In the past, such a mark could suggest an invitation to view the Aura.
Stare at this spot for about 30 to 60 seconds
•
When thirty seconds are up, analyze your surroundings using your peripheral vision, but do not take your eyes off the same spot. Do not be tempted to look around. A bright background near the person should appear that is different from the background further away. This is your own interpretation of the Aura. It becomes more vivid the longer you concentrate. It is important to note that when you concentrate on one spot, you increase your sensitivity by accumulating the effect of the Aura vibration that reaches your eyes.
How to Take a snapshot of an Aura
Close your eyes once you have concentrated long enough and can see the aura. You will only see the aura for a second or two so be prepared. It takes one second or two for your photosensitive cells to stop vibrating and start sending visual sensations to the brain. You will have to start refocusing if you miss it. Find out how fast or slow you should close your eyes.
Observing Auras Of Other People
You can do this best by looking directly at someone’s third eye approximately 1.5 cm above the nose between eyes and focus on attaining the state similar to the concentration procedure that I have described above. There are similar results while using heart and throat chakras. However, concentrating on someone’s chest may make the other person very uneasy and awkward. However, you can continue with a conversation with someone when you look into his or her third eye. A Very lightly illuminated background with no shadows is the best.
How Can You See Your Own Aura
Find a sizeable mirror and stand in front about 1.5 m from the mirror. It is advisable to make your background plain white with no shadows. In addition, the illumination should be light rather than bright. Carry out the procedure for seeing Auras.
Do this exercise everyday for at least 10-15 minutes so that your sensitivity increases to develop your Auric sight.
Auric sight and after-images
Your eyes’ light sensors, i.e. Red, Green and Blue are vibration sensors that are non-linear but with memory. As such, they can oscillate for some time long after the visual stimulation has been discontinued.
This visual stimulation is what is frequently interpreted as afterimage. The most common thing about afterimages is that they take the same shape as the original images. The afterimage of an object has an Aura around it that is larger than that of the original image. The reason why the size increases in the afterimage is because of the vibration of an Aura and represents an aura’s snapshot. That is why it is important to concentrate on one spot when viewing the Aura and avoid the temptation to look somewhere else. Doing this can cause a confusion between the image of the Aura and the afterimage of the object.

I seriously cant stress enough how important it is for aura readers to be kind to their eyes and avoid electronics more than the average person as well as wearing sunglasses. This is something I learned from a professional aura reader at the local occult shop.
The woman in mention wouldn’t even look at a screen at all on the days she had aura work to do.
