A cup of gasoline could kill a small wasp nest, but the risks aren’t worth it. Here’s what to do instead.
Really? People are still using gasoline? Well, I guess that's why this tumblr exists 🤦🏻♀️
A 70-year-old woman is accused of lacing her husband's coffee with ant and roach killer multiple times, causing him to become sick.
Yikes.
A fire that consumed a Delaware County apartment and caused evacuations in the rest of the complex may have been sparked by a woman's misguided attempt to get rid of bedbugs.
LAS VEGAS (KLAS/CBS Newspath/WKRC) - A man died in a house fire after investigators say he started the blaze, trying to kill bugs with a propane torch. The Clark County coroner identified the man as 63-year-old Jeffrey Long. The fire happened Monday night in Henderson. According to Henderson Fire, Long was trying to exterminate bugs with a propane torch in a crawl space of the basement of his home when the blaze started. Firefighters say Long accidentally ignited combustible materials.

In a predicament that would surely elicit sympathy from Little Miss Muffet, 50 federal government employees were frightened away from their Ottawa office building not once, but twice, after someone spotted a potentially dangerous spider.
FFS. Brown recluse spiders do not live in Canada. And even if they did, this is a ridiculous over-reaction.
For the woman who says she mistakenly started the fire, the weight of that reality is almost overwhelming.
“The woman, who wished to remain anonymous, says she killed some of the bedbugs a few weeks ago by turning up the heat in her west side apartment, which is near Outer Drive and Rouge Park. So, she says she did the same Tuesday and doused her floors with alcohol, which is often used to kill bedbugs. But, she also had her oven on and she did not know the fumes are flammable.“

Enraged that he found bedbugs in the Minneapolis apartment he shared with his mom, Michael Gallagher beat the 89-year-old woman over the head with a sculpture, smothered her with a pillow, strangled her and ultimately suffocated her to death with a garbage bag on Thursday, police said.
Horrible.
