I go by Meesh or Pumpkin!  This is @PunkinPetal's Transformers Side Blog. I wanted a space to exclusively interact with the fandom and share my TF artwork and writings! I go for long stretches of not having time to draw or write these days, but I’ll pop up every once in a while. Just a bunch of sketches of Rosanna being a lovely lady. Also a bonus Glit! I know I frequently draw Rosanna with a face / without her mask and/or visor, but I do headcanon she wears them, just down to preference of when/where. I tried to lean her more towards an IDW slant, I just personally like giving her a humanoid face most of the time. I love any and all takes on her design!

This was my piece for the Spectrum Charity Zine, a digital LGBTQ zine done in 2022 to raise funds for the Transgender Law Center. My concept was a wlw dating app called "SYNC", and I featured a few profiles of prospective dates uvu I had a ton of fun with this concept, and was really grateful to be a part of it. I don't believe the Zine is available on gumroad anymore, but you can check out some of the other entries here!

My Writing

I don't write very often, but when I do, I mean it. My co-author for a lot of things is my spouse, @wreckerbooty <3 Completed Works:

Favorite Record (Glit/Rosanna) Length: ~95k words IDW-1 Based Post-War | Alternate Universe-Canon Divergence Co-authored w/ @Wreckerboot

Separated by the war years ago, Rosanna and Glit are put in proximity to each other by chance due to an anonymous singing competition. When Rosanna, having become the pop-star she always wanted to be, serves as a panelist for the competition, she is reminded by one of the performers of a mech she knew a long time ago. Glit must remain hidden in order to have a chance at achieving his dreams after years of his own struggle to find normalcy after the war. Join us for this self-indulgent, sort-of song-fic, slow burn, romance between two characters that don’t get enough love. Please look for additional warnings/info at the start of every chapter.

2. Steady Hands (First Aid and Whirl, friendship) Length: ~ 3k words IDW-1 | MTMTE | Hurt/Comfort Co-authored w/ @wreckerbooty

As Aid is still attempting to deal with the loss of his friend during the events of Luna-2, Whirl shows up in the medbay with a broken clock and a need for a spare pair of hands and, in his own way, lends one.

WIP:

Working Title: Whispershot (First Aid / "Sixshot", the "____" is a secret ) IDW-1 MTMTE | Alternate Universe - Canon Divergence | Current word count: 22k+ Co-authored w/ @wreckerbooty This medic is Sixshot's only way out of the war, and the only way he can keep from losing himself completely. The clock is ticking, and they're both running out of time. ("Sixshot" is going through a dark urge playthrough, First Aid helps him fight the d e m o n s and regain agency in his life before it's TOO LATE)

Working Title: Ensnared In planning stages. A Snare character exploration piece, IDW-1 setting. A piece that explores Snare's perspective as an MTO that has served under some of the most violent figures and places in the war, and what that does to a person. Possible canon-divergence for character exploration.

Air Raid, Silverbolt, and Skydive I drew for a friend! I meant to draw the rest of the Aeiralbots, but I lost steam :’) I’ll hopefully get to Slingshot and Fireflight eventually!

The interaction between these two in Earthspark really landed with me. I'm loving seeing Tarantulas in this sort of role, and it was truly touching to see that interaction and encouragement of LGBTQ youth in media and the celebration of identity. Here's to hoping Nightshade and Tarantulas meet again in season 2! Concept was suggested by my partner, and I was super inspired.  Audio clip is from “The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse”.
