It is no surprise that there are age regressors out there that are in danger at this very moment! And it pains me that I can’t help them all! I’ve yet to be in any dangerous situation but I know for a fact I’ve witnessed enough of abusive relationships where it’s not safe for age regressors like yourself and even ME!
Some Caregivers don’t qualify for everything. Not saying that CareGivers aren’t allowed to be human and make a mistakes like anyone else, but when CareGivers deliberately puts their little in danger, or makes their little feel unsafe: THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!
I’ve seen a few of my little friends when they’ve made it clear they don’t like the way their CareGivers treat them sometimes. Whether it be secret abuse; (Physical, Mental, Emotional, etc.) or it be the way their CareGiver lives (alcohol, smoking.) It just depends on the situation and the little!
For all you beginning CareGivers, please take caution! Littles are practically angels. Babies! Think about how if you smoke near a baby, how it irritates their sensitive, little lungs! Think about what you say! Telling a toddler that they ‘Can’t do anything right’ is a way to make them double guess themself! That’s not what Littles need!
Littles are rediscovering everything they already know when you go on car rides to the grocery store. They avoid the negativity and stress by BEING little! If you’re a CareGiver, rethink what you say! Be rational. But Don’t think that when your little cries over spilt milk, they shouldn’t get a time out! (Or any worse punishment!!!) It was an accident! Don’t forget their feelings! What they can or cannot take!
Most importantly from this rant; BE AWARE! Littles are scared nowadays! Too scared to say what’s wrong! Too scared to say that their CareGiver is treating them wrong! Too scared to make an attempt to save themselves. The whole point of having a CareGiver is so that the little is SAFE! And HAPPY!
Im sorry. It just upsets me. Because the whole point of Regression is to avoid the pressure negativity has on us. It angers me to an extreme level. And I can’t stress it enough.
So please. If you’re reading this, (and I swear I’m not trying to do this for reblogs, but) please reblog and share and let everyone else in this community know. Raise more awareness. And sooner or later we can save age regressors enough.
