Chiron
Chiron was a centaur. Centaurs were known for being uncivilised, primal, heavy drinkers, rowdy, lustful etc. Chiron, however, was cultured, intelligent and kind; he was recognised for his knowledge of medicine and wisdom, which he also taught to others. Struck with a poisoned arrow because of his immortality he was unable to find relief from the pain the arrow had caused.
The “Wounded Healer”
Chiron in our natal chart represents our deepest wound. It is so deep that the placement is something we will need continuously work on in this life time. We won’t completely conquer the pain but rather it is something we learn to live with. We gain wisdom from the spiritual pain in our efforts to heal our self and so the placement can often be our secret power and one we can use to guide and heal others. Chiron shows our insecurities, where we struggle to fit in and feel whole, it’s the part of us where we feel inadequate. We must overcome this feeling of low self worth, though we mustn’t overcompensate, in order to feel inner peace. Chiron can lead us to enlightenment.
Neighbouring Signs
Opposite signs although different are two sides of the same coin, sharing the same polarity and mode. Neighbouring signs however are not natural elemental blends and are always opposite polarities and different modes. Despite this, there are successful relationships between them, Mercury is always no more than one sign away from your Sun and Venus never more than two meaning it’s highly likely for the majority of people to share one or more of these planets with their neighbouring signs. Mercury being the planet of communication and learning and Venus the planet of love and how we form bonds, we naturally feel compassionate and tolerance towards our neighbouring sign and these relationships are almost always formed because they have something to learn from each other. We learn from each other’s differences, forcing each other out of our comfort zones, this causes a love hate relationship and often we will refuse to admit we have learnt anything from each other. Our neighbouring signs don’t instantly get us or understand us, they teach us growth, open mindedness, patience and how people different from us live and how their way, although different, is still valid. We can also learn a lot about ourselves from them as they contrast and highlight our own traits and we can learn a lot about our own character when met with people we don’t instantly vibe with. These relationships often take a little more time but once formed they both feel an unmatched respect for each other and their way of life. Some people even believe that each zodiac sign is an evolved version of the one before and some that we reincarnate through the signs, therefore we have much to learn and teach each other.
Love thy neighbour as thyself because you are your neighbour. It is illusion that makes you think that your neighbour is someone other than yourself.

Sun
The sun is us at our best. It’s who we are trying to be. It’s our purpose, our life path and quest: our spiritual potential. It’s how we express and identify with ourselves, our true personality, who we are when we are around people that we are comfortable enough to be ourselves. It give us reason therefore motivates our likes, dislikes and interests. The sun is the one in charge, it dictates and controls the rest of our chart, sending out e.g. venus when it see’s it’s needed and best for the job or issue. A badly aspected moon can make you; arrogant, stubborn, self centred and overly judgmental.
Moon
The moon is what we’ve learnt from early childhood. The moon is how we react when we don’t have time to think, it’s our; intuitions, instincts and habits. It’s how we share ourselves with others and how we express emotion, it’s the emotions and side of you you try to keep hidden; anger, jealousy, fear etc. The moon is what makes you feel nurtured, how you nurture others and what you consider self care. It’s what makes you feel comfortable and secure so influences how you decorate your home. The moon shows insecurities and how confident you are, it shows us how why some people need a lot of reassurance while others are confident. It’s who we are underneath all the layers and is only visible to those who you are extremely close to. Poorly aspected you can be over emotional, moody, irrational and restless.
Rising/Ascendant
Our rising sign is our external layer, it’s the first impression we give and the image we project. It goes as far as how we physically look and influences how we style ourselves. How we view the world our outlook, our attitude, our outward personality. How likely we are to try new things. It’s our earliest circumstances and how we were received into life. We are consciously aware of our rising sign and it’s planets in the house and it’s influence which can make us self conscious of these aspects of ourself. We can become unsatisfied and disappointed if it’a heavily influenced and people only recognise this side of us which is ironic because it’s how we hide and therefore how we think we want to be seen.
We understand so much. But the sky behind those lights, mostly void, partially stars, that sky reminds us: We don’t understand even more.
