Super Bowl Sunday Recipe!

Super Bowl Sunday is almost here! 🏈 This year, try out this crowd-pleasing recipe: Potato Skins!

Ingredients: 6 small Russet potatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 cup bacon cooked and crumbled 3/4 cup sour cream 1/3 cup green onions, sliced

🥔 Bake the potatoes for about an hour then cut them in half and scoop out most of the insides.

🧂 Brush with olive oil, adding salt/pepper to taste.

🥓  Bake the potatoes until crispy and then add your toppings!
