[ please donāt give me hate on this. itās just my opinion. ]
so iāve actually gotten quite upset about the whole sean thing recently. iām not going to get too detailed in all of it, but i just wanted to talk about my opinion on it quite briefly on here.Ā
iāve only been watching his videos for just over a year, definitely not as long as some of the other people who have gotten upset by this. but heās still been impactful all the same, and his beliefs and the way he speaks about issues have really helped me to think more positively.Ā
but recently, heās changed. i really donāt have all the information, and because of that, i wonāt go into any sort of accusing or ranting about it. but it really just annoys me how when people try to bring it up with him for q&as and such, he just brings it back toĀ āyou just miss the green hair!!ā when it really couldnāt be about that less.
but just, the main thing that annoys me so much is how he just refuses to do anything solid with his egos. we really donāt have that much content on them, and he hypes them so much. we only really get five second glances, or a four minute long video every year or so.Ā
for lack of anything else, i shall compare him to mark and how he goes about content for his egos. this last year, sean has given us some anti content in his playthrough of observation, a four minute video about chase, a little look at dr. schneeplestein at the end of that one video, a four minute video about jj, and a short thing of anti in todayās video.Ā
this year from mark we got damien, a twenty one minute long animation that he spent ages on; the drowned man,Ā a three part series, each part around sixteen minutes long; and a heist with markiplier, a youtube original series with thirty one different endings that brought back old egos like dark and wilford, but also introduced us to new ones such as illinois and yancy.Ā Ā
thereās clearly a difference.Ā
Thereās a clear difference between the two of them because theyāre two different people. Mark will work until he dies because thatās how he is. SeĆ”n used to do that and he didnāt feel like he could keep doing that. He literally talked about how it was affecting him in the personal questions video. Heās learning his boundaries. Demanding ego content because someone else has done more is not okay. Heās talked about how he wants to do stuff, and that people constantly going off on him over it has pushed him AWAY from ego content. If you came here solely for ego content, you should probably leave. People are here to watch SeĆ”nās videos.
Heās also only one guy on Youtube. He doesnāt have a crew of people to work on stuff like AHWM. Youāre also neglecting what he has accomplished in the last year that Mark hasnāt. Aka, donāt compare them. :/
