My first month of pharmacy residency was in internal medicine. Come with me and experience the highs and lows.
I made it through my first rotation of pharmacy residency! It was hard, but I grew. And more importantly... I only cried once! Which for me... is a feat. Check out my recap on my month!Â
Introduction to my channel!
Iâmmmm baaaaccckkkk. Itâs been a while. I havenât been on this pharmacy studyblr since P2 year. Wut?!? But... Iâve been working on some things. Iâm now a pharmacist! And a pharmacy resident. If youâre a student and you are interested in residency... check out my youtube channel! :)
I love planners, highlighters, giant calendars, nice ball point pens, to do lists, & anything else that gives me the illusion that Iâm getting my life together
hey. hey you. youâre trying your best, and iâm so proud. keep it up, and give yourself a break, being tired is okay. needing rest is okay. itâll all be okay.
In a major breakthrough, scientists at the Gladstone Institutes transformed skin cells into heart cells and brain cells using a combination of chemicals. All previous work on cellular reprogramming required adding external genes to the cells, making this accomplishment an unprecedented feat. The research lays the groundwork for one day being able to regenerate lost or damaged cells with pharmaceutical drugs.

i just want all my secrets back, i donât want anyone to know anything about me anymore.Â
FIVE THINGS YOU SHOULD DO EVERYDAY: i. tell the most important people in your life that you love them. especially yourself. ii. remind yourself why youâre still breathing. iii. find one thing to be grateful for. iv. learn something newâeven if itâs a new joke. never stop being curious. v. take a deep breath. feel the cool air fill your lungs. think about all the cells whose very existence are dedicated to keeping your alive.

Oh. But guys. I made a 100 on my exam! That hasnât happened since P1 year!!! Iâm so proud.Â
Oh that Monday feeling.
Preparing my defense for the panel portion of my clinical exam! (Peep those donuts from my ever supportive pledge sister đđ)

As promised, here is my current weekly and monthly spread for 2016! I actually used a conventional recycled blank page notebook as my bullet journal because I wanted it to be as customizable as possible. The great thing about this notebook is that it only cost me PHP109 / USD 2.72 and itâs bleed-proof, quite sturdy for a recycled paper. Plus, bright pastel pens and watercolor pencils look so vivid on every page, itâs like a bullet journal while scrapbooking at the same time!
Iâm really sorry for any new followers because I havenât posted anything in a LONG time. This second semester is the worst. I promise Iâm not this boring. Iâll be posting a lot more once May comes.Â
