Hello ! Another 2 lbs down.

I’ll be back with updates ☺️
We are doing great. We are down 3 lbs thanks to water weight and exercise.
I would not say I am fully Whole30 but I am definitely practicing my food freedom a day at a time.
Oh wow it’s been such a long time ! Lovely to come back to this place and find a place that seems familiar.
The last 2 years have been challenging, however we have weighed up to as little as 138 lbs (so close to that same 135 lbs goal) !
Today : November 24th 2023 our weight is 144lbs. Bit we have a plan.
Step 1: Go back down to 138lbs (that’s 6lbs to go)
Step 2: Go down to 135 lbs and tone.
I am horrible at sticking to a routine and documenting, but I will try my best to do that.
Can’t wait to be back with updates ☺️

My concept of wholelife is definitely doing be to whole30 for 60 full days, focus on my mental health and my relationship with God.
It’s not just about the weight loss but I am 152lbs this am and whole still love to be 135lbs.
Goal - 18lbs (ow-kay)
It has been hard, very hard lately but - I want to focus on being a healthier version of myself.
1 - Talk less and listen more.
2 - Be more productive and disciplined.
3 - Eat healthy food.
4 - Be more aware of my emotions.

Allow Me To Reintroduce Myself
Hi Here ! I can not believe it has been 7 years since the last time I posted here. A lot has happened over the past 7 years. I grew and of course had so good and not so good experiences.
Anyways, I am me and I am okay with that. I will be using this account to post my health and wellness journey.
Currently we are in the midst of a pandemic and I am forced to learn about myself. I think that coffee and sugar make me very anxious and I am therefore jumping into a 60 days journey without it and based on how it goes I will probably stop it all together.
To complete that journey I will therefore do a WHOLE6O - In case you want to know I am 5′65′ YEAH not 5′6 or 5′7 right in between ! My usual weight is 145lbs but with COVID-19 I am up to 148/150 lbs !
My goal weight has always been 135 and I am planning on getting there by July 1st. Let’s see how it goes !
