I’m not one to gatekeep anything, but I don’t really wanna give people my exact brush calibrations and settings- my art has been stolen so much (literally JUST had to deal with another thief honestly are people ok) and I like having some secret recipes 😌

BUT I can give you my fave brushes currently that aren’t imported in and come with procreate by default, so they’re available to everyone no matter what. I also have a pinned video literally called ‘what brushes’ on my TikTok 💖💖💖 (dil.emma.art)

Yandere! Sans The Skeleton with Broken! Darling

Pairing: Romantic/Platonic

Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Kidnapping, Denial, Manipulation, Mind break (Darling), Dark themes, Trauma implied, Dissociation implied, Stockholm syndrome implied, Guilt, Forced relationship/companionship.

I'm going to be honest, if Sans broke his darling it could go one of two ways.

You reciprocate... or become a husk of your former self.

The second option would be the one to break him too.

Sans himself is already under a ton of mental strain.

RESETS are a big cause of this.

Normally, Sans wouldn't get to this point.

His obsession over you normally doesn't result in kidnapping.

Although... I suppose it could if the normally laid-back skeleton managed to snap.

Even then, due to his nature he plays it off when he first brings you home.

It's eerie how casual he is with it, admitting that you now live with him and the doors are blocked off by bones....

Despite his laid-back nature, that does nothing to ease your mental state.

In fact it may make it worse.

First of all, you can just tell something deep in Sans changed to cause him to do this.

He's once again masking his true emotions about you, always trying to distract you from the fact he kidnapped you.

This works for either intention he has.

He just can't deal with only watching anymore.... he just had to have you.

Which eventually leads to your slow mental decline and break-down.

To get to such a point you'd have to go through a lot.

Several escape attempts... a ton of pleading... the isolation of it all....

For you to break you'd have to feel helpless.

Considering how powerful Sans really is, there's a good chance you aren't leaving if he doesn't want you to.

I personally feel Sans would feel bad and try to work things out before you get to such a point.

However... maybe things go too far.

Maybe Sans accidentally breaks his dearest.

Eventually they'll realize that escape isn't happening.

Not unless he allows it.

Such a thought may be enough to break you since Sans also dislikes punishment.

Soon you'll just... give up.

It really isn't worth it anymore, is it?

Isn't accepting your fate better?

Maybe then you can go outside.

Now, if you break and end up reciprocating, Sans is guilty but pleased.

He feels bad since he knows what was done to get you to this point.

Although, he tries to ignore such thoughts by distracting himself with you.

After all... now you love him, right?

The love may be artificial and not genuine... but perhaps it can be enough to soothe his own pain.

Then there's the opposite, you break and just... aren't you.

You're a shell of your formal self, you're there physically... not mentally.

You can no longer cope with this stress, soon Sans realizes this when it's too late.

You're like a living doll.

He can feed you, hold you... but you won't speak.

You're both you... and not you.

This would break Sans as he knows he's lost you.

There's no coming back from this, it becomes the only time he wishes for a RESET.

After all... then he could have you back.

This outcome he'd regret much more.

For him... this may be worse than you dying.

This second outcome is a constant reminder of what he's done...

Leading him to keep such a memory forever, even after a RESET if it ever happens.

Have you written anything about yanderes responding when their darling just breaks? Just cries, can hardly even talk, doesnt try to escape anymore or struggle away but is also too stressed out to pretend. The jumin/zen one made me think of it, since if i was in that situation i could easily see myself just breaking down entirely, full on uncontrollable sobs and everything. (Though not before trying my damnedest to get Seven or even Unknown to save my ass)

Honestly, a Darling completely breaking would be a bittersweet experience, regardless of what the Yandere was trying to achieve. Even if they did want you to be a little more disciplined, they didn’t want... this, you crying every time they get close, only moving from your corner to eat and drink, and sometimes not even that, if you have a reason to think it wouldn’t be safe to do so. It’s a little better on somedays, where they can get to you cling to them (if only out of a universal paranoia, at this point), but you’re always shaking, barely saying anything at all and never looking them in the eyes, not unless they make you.

But... it’s not all bad, if they’re being honest with themself. You’re not trying to escape anymore, you won’t even leave your room, and even if they’re the source of your fear, you’re also relying on them to keep you safe from all those evil, evil people outside their little bunker. You don’t reject them or struggle, even if you’re too stiff to hold properly, and all that stress keeps you constantly tired. You’ll collapse into yourself twice a day, and what kind of partner would they be if they didn’t help you? If anything, this is just another reason they have to take care of you. I mean, what kind of partner would they if they didn’t care for their submissive, dolice, helpless darling in your time of need? No, you need them, now.

And preferably, that tiresome confidence of yours won’t come back anytime soon.

● A long text from your fiancé's phone, telling you that he couldn't go on pretending anymore. That he's been chatting with someone else for a long time now, in another country. He won't say where, but he can't go on pretending that you're what he really wants. He's quitting his job, through an email no less, and he's going to go be with his true love.

● Your (ex) fiancé says he's sorry that he led you on for so long, but he can't marry you. He knows his family will hate him for breaking your heart, so he's cutting everyone out and starting over with them.

● He holds you as you break down, running his hands through your hair. He soothes you, telling you over and over that he's so sorry, and not to cry over that bastard. That you deserve someone who thinks you're their everything. He even manages to cry a bit too, the sight of you in so much pain getting to him.

● But inside, he's ecstatic. He's trying so hard not to smile as you hold onto him. He knows that it's the first step to becoming your whole world. He wants to be everything to you, and nothing, no one, will stand in his way.
