I really enjoyed drawing this guy! For those who may not know, this is strawberry Moonjumper and he’s from an au by @phasesintime ! Moonjumper’s appearance changes depending on the seasons(if I remember correctly) and this one is my favorite form of his 💖

your art is so good bro but i gotta be honest we chapter 5 into this thing and i have 0 idea what the HECK IS GOIGN ON moonjumper can shapeshift into other forms, and he put everyone incages?? and now theres a dweller thats important? do u have a summary somewhere please i beg of yoy

i get this alot lol and dont worry i will type out another summary but before i do i want to respond to the tone at which i get the “what the fuck is going on” question

generally speaking, when i know the person asking has read summaries i’ve posted before (i know they get buried, dont worry) i challenge them to speculate and generally? they get things right. since I’m not sure if you’re new or not from the wording of this, ignore this if you’ve only just stumbled upon my comic lol it’s relatively new it just looks big since each page is one pannel since i paint them instead of traditional comic style colouring.

the second thing is: there are some things unexplained on purpose so far to create a sense of mystery that I don’t want to ruin due to the chronological format. I cannot, for instance, reveal all the mechanics about how  moonjumper’s curse works or how he came to power in text because they will be explained in the comic eventually. ok! here is the summary so far:  Moonjumper has taken control of a timerift after a series of events that lead to Hat Kid’s spaceship crashing. Declaring himself king, he can directly control the living in his rift from the planet which he transformed into puppets with his red string. Hat Kid is an alien so she doesn’t get transformed.  Ghosts cannot be controlled with Moonjumper’s string He locked up snatcher and vanessa for as of yet unknown reasons Moonjumper as a spirit is subject to the subcon “outsider death” curse (since he was also an alien in life) which was supposed to keep him trapped in subcon, however when curses are manipulated but not broken they have unforeseen consequences and the proximity of his rift to the moon causes him to literally change form every time the moon enters a different full moon
