Kitty had her glasses on and her pen cap in her mouth as she marked over some papers of written out code. Absently she chewed as she marked out missing semi-colons and crossed out extra variables. Her idea of having her students write things out on paper was probably better for her eyes in the long run, but it made their mistakes all the more glaring.Â
Kitty looked up as she saw Logan in the doorway. Weird, she thought he was off on his âmemory/soul searchesâ again. Spitting out the pen cap and pushing up the glasses that had slipped waaaay down her nose she grinned at him. âHey Logan.â
âHey kid.â Â He moved the rest of the way in, taking a look at whatever she was working on. Â Which made absolutely no sense to him but Kitty looked like she had a handle on it. Â Â âWell I have no fucking idea what that says but you look like you have it in hand.â Â Â
Finding a perch he settled, giving her a level look. Â Â âGot somethinâ to talk about with you. Â You got a minute to take a break from that gibberish?â Â Which should catch her attention because Logan never really wanted to talk. Â He didnât much like the fact he needed too now. Â But the world was getting more dangerous. Â Kittyâs skill set might be needed.
Kitty rolled her eyes as she twirled the pen in her free hand. âItâs not gibberish. Itâs jQuery.â She said patiently. âLike Javascript?â Nothing. Well she didnât exactly want to teach Logan. âItâs gibberish.â She sighed. Like she expected sophisticated tech talk.Â
Well that was interesting, Logan seeking her out? For something other than extra danger room sessions or covering his classes? She put down the pen. âSure, whatâs up?â
