Phi made another Police Puzzle Box!
We had a fantastic time at AKon24 helping Mad Raven Productions with the Steampunk LARP activities!
Is there anybody out there that would like to see a bit of our sideshow shenanigans added to the Steampunk programming for AKon25 next year?
I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ADD THAT THE BOWLING BALL'S NAME IS SKUFFY. I thought you should know. That is all.
So, A*Kon24 was brilliant! I got to threaten a room full of Steampunks having tea with a monkey! Mad Raven Productions runs the best LARPs ever!
Caption Contest! Follow us, and reblog this with your entry! Our favorite will be chosen on May 1, 2013 and will win a FREE NERDY VINYL DECAL of their choice! You can also enter here on Facebook! Good luck!
Once you see it...
Have you ever been to a Steampunk music festival? Would you like to go to one this year? There’s one taking place in Dallas, TX in September. This festival will be featuring 13 Steampunk bands, including Steam Powered Giraffe, in addition to carnival and circus performers coming in from all around the country. This is run by the same people who put on masquerade balls the past two years at the Frontiers of Flight museum in Dallas, TX. So you know that this Carnival Menagerie is in capable hands, and will be a treat for all involved!
Tickets are available now on the Skybourne Kickstarter! You can donate as much money as you want to give Carnival Menagerie the boost it needs to get off the ground. Prizes include VIP tickets to the festival, a voucher with Vile Victorian for stunning leather work, or even a Steampunk Honeymoon, which includes transportation, two VIP passes, and a hotel room for Friday and Saturday night. You wont regret a penny that you donate.
This is going to be a groundbreaking madcap musical event! Don’t miss out!
Carnival Epsilon will be featured in the upcoming Steampunk card game, Twisted Skies! Go support the Kickstarter here, and join the Facebook group to Support the Kickstarter for Twisted Skies for updates, and find out how you could have your very own card in this awesome new game!
Happy St. Pats from Carnival Epsilon!
Sometimes even the best of Carnival Epsilon’s cast is just screwed…

Cotter Pin's face!! Omg it's priceless! I now want to photoshop him into ALL THE PICTURES!

Sparkle Poi! One of the most beautiful (and dangerous) types of fire spinning! What makes it so shiny? Just a few thousand tiny pieces of molten metal flying around the air at 1300°C!
Not shown in the picture: Me wearing a long sleeved 100% cotton jacket with the hood pulled tight over my hair, my trusty goggles, and definitely wearing shoes for this one!
