Reclaimed Oak Bookends
These modern, angular bookends came from oak pallet 4x4′s. Sanded & oiled with a beeswax mineral oil.
Personal Icon Shelves
These small live-edge hardwood shelves are made with love for the sacred symbols & significant objects in life.
All shelves are carefully sanded, oiled and braced 16″ apart (the standard gap between the studs behind most drywall).
Various reclaimed cedar cut-offs, carefully glued, sanded & oiled.

Oak Herringbone Top
I made this table top out of a pile of mixed (white, red, yellow) oak trailer-decking cut-offs (butcher block style). Piecing it together was a challenge but I’m quite pleased with how it turned out in the end!
(White) Spruce & (Red) Sequoia) Table Top. (6 feet long, 38 inches wide)
Reclaimed fir and pine with sweet circle-cut saw marks. This top has bold contrasts in the wood... and a dragon’s eye!
Currently for sale at Urban Reclamations, Seattle WA.
Cross-cut old growth fir with a long-grain reclaimed fir beam slab down the middle. I made the top, the metal guys made the base.

Ok, I’m proud of this piece! It’s a primitive style Corner Hutch Mini Bar (commissioned by Paul Quinlivan) and made from reclaimed 1/2″ thick pine sub floor. I sourced the material from the Ballard Reuse- it was found underneath a hardwood floor during a demo. Years of use gave the wood some really cool ripples, nail rot, and paint splatters- yet the structural integrity of the wood remained. The trim is circle cut old-growth fir, which gives it even more character and color variation. After assembly I sanded it with 100 grit and conditioned the wood with an oil / wax to bring out the warmth and draw it together aesthetically. I’ve never had to do so much math in a wood-working project!
Items I made for the 4th Annual Holiday Bazaar at Wits’ End Church.
Creatures of the PNW... Hand made by me, marked with wood-burned accents, finished with a bees-wax mineral oil, safe-simple-fun for little hands!
