I sit here, with one leg up because I can do it now. I lost a ton of weight! Around 40kg in the past one to two years, even more if you account the first year I tried leading a healthier lifestyle. I started with boxing, and then treadmills in the gym, even Zumba but the most sustainable exercise routine for me is walking, and now I can jog, too! I am happier because not only do I look better, I also feel loads better. I donât get too angry too often - and maybe another reason is that I am older now. 37 fucking years old! Wow! How long ago was it when I started this blog?Â
