I swear to god every time I see a fucking white person get pissed off at me for having a different experience from them, it ALWAYS ends with them telling me "surround yourself with better / different people." like bitch I'm always going to be brown and there will always be people who treat me like shit because I'm not white. Just because YOUR life isn't the same as mine doesn't mean that my experiences aren't valid. Just because you live in a bubble where you don't have to see racism against your family and friends or sexism doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Kindly get off your fucking high horse and try to fucking empathize.
