TGAA2 SPOILERS but okay jesus imagine you’re me. in 2015 the english fansub of the first two tgaa cases drop. you are left mourning kazuma asougi. you think he was this angel. total badass. a pillar of cool mentor figure. ryuu’s idol. now imagine it is 2021 and the official localization comes out and you play tgaa2 for the first time. after SIX YEARS of having this image of kazuma in your head. you find out he’s fucking batshit. apeshit, even. balls to the walls nuts. mans is a fucking whirlwind of trauma bad decisions and impulsiveness. now THAT is immersion. i truly felt ryuu’s ongoing feeling of “what the fuck? what the fuck? WHO WAS THE ASOUGI I KNEW THIS WHOLE TIME???”
