How to buy official BigEast merch or concert tickets without being an official BigEast member. (very easy!)

This is a tutorial for buying official Bigeast merch without being an official Bigeast member.

If you’re interested in becoming an official member: Click HERE for the tutorial.

Have you always wanted to buy the Bigeast official merch like the Bigeast towel, tour shirts, limited DVDs, albums, light sticks and many other treasures from the store but couldn’t because you don’t live in Japan or have Japanese friends? Worry no more! ;)

Follow these easy steps and you’ll have all those things within 10 minutes! Only thing you need is a Paypal account. (Please read the complete tutorial before placing an order!)

1) Register on this website http://www.celga.com to make an account.

2) Open https://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/ (it’s a Japanese auction site similar to ebay) and find the merch you’re looking for. If you don’t know Japanese, type “東方神起“ (Tohoshinki) in the search bar and you will find a lot of merch.

If you’re looking for concert tickets search for “東方神起チケット” (Tohoshinki ticket) The more words you translate the more specific it gets.

Example bid and buy now options:

The price I marked as red means "buy now"-option. The blue ones are bid only. If you want to make sure you get the tickets/merch, choose items with "buy now" option. Make sure that you give Celga time to buy it for you. At least 2 days. (marked as green) If you buy on the weekend choose more than 2 days.

4) Once you've decided which ticket/merch you want, click on it and copy the URL as well as the item name. Example:

5) Go back to Celga and click webshop order! (Only use webshop order if you choose an item with “buy-now”-option. For bids you need to use “bid”.

6) Fill out item name, item URL, quantity and price in yen (always choose the "buy now"-price unless you bid, then choose the “bid”- price. (In case you bid, make a higher offer to make sure you win. But if you “buy now” you don’t need to worry about that.)

7) Click submit and pay with paypal. Done! :D

After the payment has been successfuly transferred, you will get an email saying your order has been placed and a few hours or a day later, Celga will confirm it by sending another email saying "Hello __, we've ordered it for you." If you don’t get a confirmation email, feel free to contact them, they respond quickly and are very friendly. :)

Last but not least: You’ll get another email a few days later, that includes a link / PDF of the invoice you have to pay. (The celga fees) For that you can pay with a credit card but if you don't have one they also have a paypal option. :)

8) Under “My Celga” you can monitor your items. Once your item has arrived at their warehouse, you can request shipping and they will send it to your home address!

How to become an official BigEast member without residence in Japan. (very easy!)

Have you always wanted to be an official BigEast member but couldn't because you don't live in Japan or have friends in Japan who could do that for you? Now here is a very easy way to do that after all. ;) All you need is 5 minutes of your time and a Paypal account !

TUTORIAL: 1) Register on this website http://www.celga.com to make an account. (They have helped many Tohoshinki fans in the past so you are not the first to ask for their help.) 2) Once you have an account, log-in and look at the right side bar under "My Celga", click on "webshop order".

3) Now fill up the form like this: - Item count: 1 - Item name: Tohoshinki's Bigeast Fanclub Membership - Item URL: http://toho-jp.net/fan - Quantity: 1 - Price: ¥5200 - Order info: "Hello there, I would like to sign up as a member of Tohoshinki's Japanese fanclub, Bigeast. Please help me register as a member. Additional information:Date of birth: (Day/Month/Year) (write the month in words so there’s no misunderstandings!) Gender: Male/Female Thank you,(Name)" 4) Now click on submit and review your order. When everything is okay, confirm your order.Now the page will automatically show you a deposit. You have to pay that. Wait for an email from the Celga stuff. They will let you know when the order is proceeded. This could take a few days be patient. :) For the transfer of the money you need to have a Paypal account! Note: Celga fees are not included in this tutorial.When they registered you at BigEast you will be an official member. They will email you with your official member data such as Number and Log-in information. This could take a few weeks. And a few more weeks later you will get a notification that your member card has arrived at the warehouse. You can then ask for shipping and will receive this:

Once you're a member you can order from the BigEast shop (you could buy the famous BigEast towel!! or any other official and limited fangoods). You can use Celga’s service to buy concert tickets too.

Membership lasts for 1 year. If you want to renew it you will have to pay a fee again but less than the first time you registered!

Avex sends out a magazine twice a year (summer and winter edition) that comes with a DVD. It's free and for BigEast members only! This year (2013) they will send out the next magazines in mid July! Once it arrives you can request shipping!examples of the magazines:

We know that there are two official magazines every year for Bigeast members, I am wondering if we can also get those magazines via Celga? Hello :) Sorry for the late reply.

Yes those two magazines arrive automatically at Celga’s warehouse twice a year. They store it there for you until you request shipping! They are free for each Bigeast member so you don’t have to order them.

Since I buy goods through Celga regularly, after I request shipping they send me the items I bought and when there’s a magazine that came for me they ship it too along with the other stuff. They don’t let me know when it arrives, I just get it whenever I request shipping.^^ If you never buy anything you might never get a notification that there is a magazine for you. But you can always contact them. They will let you know. :)

Hello~ I have a question about the Bigeast membership. I have ordered to sign up for my membership on Celga and they entered the wrong information for my name and birthday. The last name and first name, date and month of birth were switched. So I wonder if they ever check for your ID (personal ID card not the bigeast red card) when you attend in an event, concert or anything for Bigeast only? If yes, then do you know anyway to change the information on bigeast website?

But if it’s only switched and your name is still there correctly I’m sure they would let you in.

If you login with your number and birthday you can enter the shop. Once you’ve found sth you’d like to buy just go to Celga’s page and click “webshop order”, fill out item name, item URL, quantity and price and finally add your membership number and birthday in “order info” so they know how to login. :) Then once you paid via Paypal, they will order it for you.

For JYJ membership it’s a little bit more complicated. I have friends who tried and Celga said there’s a bit of trouble because it’s a korean management. Maybe things changed the past 2 years and they found out a solution. If you want you can send them an email and ask.

Dear Fan

Over last several weeks Cjes officially added solo lightstick to JYJ concerts in Japan. We thought it stop there but instead seems Cjes now decide to erase official red lightstick from upcoming solo events. By adding solo lighsticks to group concert and taking away red lightstick for solo events it sends message that they only think of solo fan feelings.

The first event is Junsu’s upcoming Ballad Con. Cjes only selling pink lightstick and no red at all anymore. It seems future solo events for memebrs will not have red lightstick anymore. What happen to red lightstick and red ocean? Are JYJ not JYJ anymore? Why seems Cjes encouraging fan divide and war? First SM try to steal and erase JYJ’s history and now some solo fan and Cjes pushing to erase red ocean from JYJ? This is no fair to all many fans who love JYJ group. Cjes should encourage unity for JYJ as group but now seem Cjes join to erase JYJ beautiful red lightstick and ocean of 11 years.JYJ is sunbae in music and always had red ocean and red lightstick. Even in solo career members were united by red ocean of fans love. Even though hardly any groups activity happened for years, fans waited and held on and were strong for JYJ with red ocean. Red ocean was always there to show we not forgotten we still dedicated to love JYJ as group. Now our symbol of strength and love is being taken from us. New fans thru member solo activity will be confused. Solo lightstick promotes divided fan and to love only 1 member not the group. Because of that we have messy ocean thanks to Cjes and some solo fan. Red Ocean is slowly fade because of selfish action. What will JYJ come back to after military if fan are divide?

We not asking solo support be unacceptable. We just asking for official lighstick to keep red in all solo and group events. It fine if solo fan want to do banner support in solo color or if Cjes give rules to have solo lightstick for one song or support project during concert or events. It is possible to have more fair solution without going to extreme of erasing official red lightstick of 11 years. We fought so long against SM and anti fans just to keep red ocean alive. If fans matter then our feelings as JYJ fans should matter too. JYJ fans support member solo activity but that is not reason enough to erase redlight and red ocean. It is no excuse to only have solo lightstick. Erasing red lightstick completely is no fair and it cruel action to JYJ members and fans because JYJ is still group. If they are group then the priority should be promoting group unity and keeping fans united. If they are group and will be group in future, they should be promoted as group JYJ and have red ocean and red lightstick present in all solo and group events.

Because some solo fans have access to member managers contact info and might try to influence choice, we have to try to make Cjes and JYJ hear the rest of us in some way and to keep safe the JYJ history and red lightstick they deserve as sunbae. They won’t know we still want and love red ocean if we don’t show them.
