Take The Challenge~

Is your smartphone: A) a friend B) the devil C) a convenience D) a nuisance E) all of the above It's a simple plan: Choose 3 of your worst smartphone habits, pledge to curb them for these 3 days. Document the experiment, send us the results at:  [email protected] Why are we doing this? Because smartphones are making us dull. We're curious what would happen if a group of people committed to switching gears for a few days in a row. Sample pledge: From May 10th through the 12th I will not: 1. check my phone on toilet 2. look at phone first thing in morning/last thing at night 3. text while walking/driving/biking/skating other pledge ideas: -check phone just because subway train is no longer underground -hold phone in vicegrip like it's firstborn child -pet/stroke phone -sleep next to phone -have phone out on table in restaurant -checking phone because someone else is checking theirs **This challenge is hard, but also funny. We tried it ourselves. We want to hear as much as you're willing to share about your own particular habits.
