Finally getting confident enough in my art to open commissions soon. figuring o
Hey all, for the sake of my dignity, let's pretend this post was made when the first preview came out instead of right before the semifinals. Cuz for some reason I thought I could do all these in one night
Anyway It's time for Miss Earthbread 2026 with many new and returning contestants, with the lovely Black Forest Cookie here to pass the crown.

I want to share my art with people and maybe take less shifts at my job while I'm a
Alright my actual thoughts and predictions are under the cut
I said this on twt and I'm going to reiterate it here:
People are saying the first contest was unfair to Cotton Cookie when it's the other way around. B!tes is not Chess Choco, these are fully individual characters whose ranks could've been all over the board. Instead they are put together to eventually drag each other down. It's not an advantage to team people up together, it's a detriment to group up a bunch of strong individual competitors. Say they won, do they break up the crown like in mean girls or are they allowed to multiply it suddenly?
My favorites to win were the runner ups, Raspberry, and Ash Salt. But as soon as B!tes was announced as a unit it was over for them. Which meant less competition for Croissant to sweep, because lets be so real she's been around for so long she has multiple fandoms backing her.
Anyway now that literally everyone I love has been eliminated, I'll be voting for Seltzer Cookie <3
I hate Netflix, it was refusing to let me in for like an hour, not the point.
Episode 6 was fun, dunno how realistic the electric instruments were but I'll take that over the matchmaker machine any day.
I love the contrast of Yosuke's classic reach boy ballet while the girls are doing metal screams and head bangs. During the performance my mind kept going "dude what are we even doing" but that kept getting drowned out but the sheer fun of it. Is that what got people into K-on (I tried it years ago and got bored immediately)
Just generally this episode is a big moment for Inanko and her self confidence which was something that was clearly going to be touched on at some point. 'Your talent is believing, so believe in yourself', lovely.
I'm curious about Kate's dad, I thought we were just gonna end it with "oh yeah he taught Seiroku" but Kuga was having a very bad reaction. And currently no reasons are coming to mind, so it's going in the "that's interesting" back burner for now.
When Yosuke said "his body is complete" then pulled out the fugly ass self automaton I got so nervous, but no. Different doll, Seiroku is still in his basement and they're just havin tea.
Episode 5 was uhhh, weird. Especially with the fact that we were in the middle of making a battery and decided to switch to an imaginary love helmet. The heart of the episode is about Kate and Suzu being cute asf, no notes.
And then there's the underlying info about the cursed ass quartet, which kinda just says what I was already thinking so I tried to doodle my thoughts down.
Onto the actual plot and relationships, unfortunately an electric matchmaker is not real and I don't know enough about electricity's relation to the brain so I'm mostly spitballing and doing quick google searches and might sound very dumb.
I'm guessing the machine is mostly just sensing brain activity and heightened emotions rather than actually sensing if someone likes you. And since one party was constantly getting electrocuted right in the head is especially heightening emotions and just generally fucking them up. Basically I think it's more accurate to compare it to a lie detector, can't actually tell if someone's lying but senses general signs of it.
Is it worth it to try and think realistically about this? idk but so far it seemed possible to that's why this ep was weird to me.
Oh yeah, I already assumed Yosuke might have had some health or breathing problems with the mask in the first ep and the incense. Which could be the case or his family is just paranoid and germophobic asf
Dude I'm so fucking mad because I knew it and never called it cuz I thought I was stupid!! With the weird glove hand and shot of Seiroku's hand in ep 2 I was like "oh is Yosuke holding onto his severed hand?" But I never said it cuz girl HOW would he get that??? Nope. It was his hand AND his head (maybe the whole body idk), BROTHER that's weirder!
Uhhh on a lighter note, I think I've been starved for a while or something because I was actually shocked they showed Yosuke with his hair down AND it didn't look like shit.
Ok no more lighter notes, I think I have more mental issues than Yosuke at this point
I WOULD like to guess at what Kihachi's gonna make every week but uhhh I'm stupid and can't think of anything -_-
I thought Twins at the Carousel would be a good way to visualize and mash together Seiroku and the lightbulbs. And I just wanna put some art out there because I've mostly only seen gifs of the show
I never wanna do a simultaneous walk cycle/turnaround again ToT
Watched Sparks of Tomorrow the other day and doodling has been getting me through my work shifts. So enjoy ig
This last one is truly my magnum opus
I'd love to read the light novel so I could form an opinion on the discourse that seems to be happening, but I can't find a finished translation or even raws.
Some implied Yosuke x Seiroku (+ the full pages) under the cut if you want that
Ok context, I was listening to the Hamilton soundtrack and thought of Yosuke hearing That Would be Enough which led to me drawing the stupid checklist I am sorry.
I actually first got into Touchstarved in April of 2023 and meant to draw them aaaalllll the way back then, but I genuinely just hated how it turned out every time. Chapter 1 got me to lock in ig.
Full body under the cut
I do plan on also making their schedule, stats, and flower. but those are gonna take waayy more thinking T-T
Stepping out of cookie territory and into dog territory. I hold bsd and Akutagawa specifically very close to my heart.
Cringe backstory and old art under the cut vvv
Some backstory to show my age. I used to do character birthday art for anyone I even remotely liked back in like 2019-2021. Yes I am embarrassed. Now they're much more occasional just for some of my absolute favorites... Unless you're like extra special and I'll attempt to do something every year, which uh yes is Ryuu. That's where this was going.
There will also be one for Atsushi in May. Normally I try to draw a different fit every year but i decided to redo the ones from 2 years ago when I was obsessed with Lana Del Rey's 'Gogo Dancer'
Anyway have some old ass art from 2 years ago and the sketch
Because my first post was received shocking well I decided to do 'the cookie dump' before pulling out way old stuff. I first started playing around the original Hollyberry update, but quit around Frost Queen's release. I just couldn't do the kingdom management stuff. Then when chapter 8 of Beast Yeast came out I was pulled back in to watching the story on Youtube. I few days ago I redownloaded the actual game, so uh now I'm a wee baby in the big scary Pure Vanilla server 0v0. ANYWAY ART (this isn't PV themed btw I just love him)
Just general doodles I made in the mood, the first one is from this week while the others are about a year old.
This was a whole page of Pure Vanilla doodles from about a year ago
And more from a few weeks ago.
These doodles are from official videos. The Hot Eats challenge and the Realm of Apathy table read, both a bit less than a year ago when they released.
I met Allegra Clark at a con about a year ago and she said there wasn't enough Wedding Cake content yet. So I drew her and then also did Black Forest.
More specifically ship stuff under the cut, there's still a lot
I did a lil Weddingforest doodle with the other pieces.
I uhmmm, I was in a Wildchip mood three weeks ago. I doodled aus for Cherry Magic, Brokeback Mountain, and Pride & Prejudice. And NONE of these exist on ao3 which makes me sad (mostly the Cherry Magic one)
Jambound this, Jambound that- no. King of Beltane is my shayla this is only some of the art I did from last May through last November-ish. You should go look at the rest of my doodles and also read it as well as their other fics. Go now.
There is more suggestive stuff but that's getting it's own post so I can properly label it.
I also have a very big Shadowvanilla project I've been working on for like a year now, and am halfway done so that'll be a while till I post it.
