Tonight at the gym, an old man came up to me and told me about how he remembers when I first started training. He told me how he remembered me coming with two other boys who showed me around the gym and weight room while I complained about not knowing what to do lol. He said that he saw me and hoped I wouldn’t give up, and now he sees me every night at the gym going hard at it.

Funny because it was literally years ago that I would go with those guys !!

Made my night to hear that someone notices me working hard and getting stronger !
