Just kidding, I'm not that excited that the Superbowl L is happening back at my hometown.. The traffic.. Poor commuters.. I don't know why they thought putting a stadium right next to the 237 (a 2 lane freeway) was a good idea... But hopefully maybe the 49ers will win?

I follow Go Pro on instagram and saw this preview and it's too cool not to share! My favorite part has to be the scene riding the wave.

Makes me want to do some sports.. HAHA..

Goodbye Candlestick Park! Paul McCartney will be having a farewell Candlestick show on Aug 14th, 2014 (can anyone buy me a ticket? heh). How nostalgic to have a farewell show at the very place where the Beatles last show.

Candlestick parks original location was going to be on landfill on the edge of the bay. Thankfully they decided to build it on solid ground, and as a result, earthquake casualties were minimized from the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake.

I thought Candlestick would be bigger; given how long it has been around and what it has gone through though, it was great to experience a behind the scenes look at this place along with its' history given by our guide.

It was sad to see the last days of Candlesticks park!  It was a fun tour that day so hard to see Candlesticks park as part of the "Lennar Urban plans"

Developer Lennar Urban plan to replace the stadium with a retail center that "could include a 3,000- to 4,000-seat arena." If construction proceeds as scheduled the retail complex would come online by 2017.

Niki store with emphasis on veritcle elements of the building. A directional focal view on the products is achieved via simple layering of old planks and floating ball. Simple but effective way of retail design,

Yes ! They made it ! Landed safely all the way from Sochi, recued from the streets and are haapy with their new home!! They are the first two and sixteem more are arriving soon.
