I moved and got a new oven and I must say I’ve had the hardest time trying to figure out why I’m now constantly “burning” my orange loaf cake. I can’t quite figure out where the oven hot spots are. Or maybe it’s because of the settings. My cake is less springy and too crusty and I never had this issue using my cheap ass second hand oven before 😢.

Oh well I’ll figure it out! At least my dog has a garden now!
