hello everyone! i’m hope and i’m super late posting this intro because my love for sleep is far too real. some fun facts about me: i am absolutely lame af. anyway, enough about me! this is micah & he’s my little filipino/australian cupcake. c: you can find his bio [ here ] and his stats page

he was adopted from the phillipines by an australian family, so he grew up in perth. as a result, he speaks with an australian accent. he’s nearly fluent in filipino, and he can speak very well in french, italian, and german given his time spent traveling abroad.
micah is a 33 year old piano prodigy. he’s an accomplished pianist in both classical and jazz styles. he has played numerous events, ranging from a tour with a renowned jazz band to his own worldwide concert series. music flows through his veins -- you can always find him closing his eyes and playing along with classical (even if there is no piano nearby, his fingers will lightly go through the motions), bopping around to oldtime jazz, swaying his hips to elvis presley, mouthing along the words to taylor swift... music is his lifestyle and he often associates certain memories/moments with different concertos by his favorite composers.
when he cares about something or someone, he cares fully and completely. he has had many a heartbreak in his time, mainly because he’s very generous with his trust and affection.
he’s ashamed of his past, given that his birth mother put him up for adoption when he was five -- consequently, he remembers all of it. he’s also ashamed that his older brother prefers to, in the present, believe that he has no family rather than reconnect with micah. so, if he happens to tell anyone his life story, he usually leaves out the first few years in the phillipines and skips right to his life in australia.
he’s typically very well-dressed. his adoptive parents always taught him to dress for success, so he’s usually wearing colorful button-down shirts with the sleeves rolled up 1/4 of the way, khakis, or super nice jeans. coincidentally, he is 99.9% of the time either smiling or about to smile, especially around the people he adores.
he was engaged once before, but his fiance broke it off when micah told him about a concert series offer in california. while they couldn’t have officially gotten married in australia, it still hurt losing someone he loved so dearly because he didn’t agree that micah should go to america to continue his dream.
micah is softspoken but incredibly sweet. he genuinely adores good conversation; he just tends to trip over his own words sometimes, haha.
he’s been in town for roughly a month or two, i’d say, so he’d definitely know some people here! hmu with a message if you’d like to plot! i’m basically down for most things.
