General dynamic with Dragons: the Dragons think of Kobolds as servants and laborers who happily provide food and work for the dragons, and are paid in goods like silk and gems and protection. From the Kobolds' perspective, it's like if you left your livestock guardian dog up in the mountains with the flock for a season and they invented sericulture and started working in skilled trades. They're both kinda right? Figuring out anatomy here, culture/clothes will come later maybe.

Bottom right is Lady Indigo, a fabric dyer who buys expensive purple snails from the Wyvern hawker next to her. Wyverns are like dragons, but they can actually fly well, and dive like gannets, and use their back footsies as hands because they don't have front ones.
