This is an experience no one should ever have to go through.

And I wish the rape/pregnancy example didn’t have to be the thing always used to argue against anti-abortion laws. Because bodily autonomy is enough. Getting to say what happens with our own bodies is enough of an argument.

The horrible, traumatic experience of being impregnated by rape is an extreme situation and it shouldn’t be only the extreme situations that make abortion justifiable.

It’s justifiable if you don’t want to be pregnant, period.
