Rooming In and Breastfeeding in PH

So, I just have to express my disappointment. Yesterday, a friend of mine gave birth to her baby girl via elective C section in a private hospital here in the province. She is decided to breastfeed and requested for the baby to be roomed in. But up until now, baby is still in the nursery, bottle fed. Are they not informed about the Unang Yakap protocol, rooming in and breastfeeding?
