Upon hearing his compliment, Olivia turned to look at her choice of clothing for the evening and chuckled when she realized that she had been so busy cooking that she had actually forgotten to change her clothes. She was wearing a pair of old ripped skinny jeans, turquoise tank top that matched her eyes, and a pair of dirty converse shoes. Thatâs all. âEither youâre being awfully nice, or just plain biased.. but thank you.â Olivia said with another chuckle as she closed the door once they were both inside. âIs that for me?â She questioned while focusing her attention on the bottle Chris was holding in his hands. âI hope youâre hungry.. and I hope that you like pasta, I made a ton.â She guessed that having an Italian prince as an ex-husband did bring its perks, she had learned how to cook a traditional Italian meal, almost like her ex mother-in-law did. âItâs really good to see you, you know. Itâs been a while.â The girl mentioned as she walked over to the bar. âShould I start proving what Iâm good at?âÂ
âMaybe itâs more along the lines I havenât seen you in so long.â Chris grinned as he replied to Olivia, then winked. Truth was, she could literally wear a garbage bag and sheâd still be one of the most beautiful women heâd ever seen. âIt is. You know I never come empty handed.â He chuckled softly. âOh, Iâm starving. I made sure to bring my huge appetite. and pasta is the best, so Iâm sure you wonât have too much left over.â He smiled. It wasnât too often that the man got a nice, home cooked meal. Most of the time it was protein shakes and bland diet foods, or he ate out. The actorâs life with a hint of bachelor. âIt has been.. a really long time. Itâs really great to see you too.â He nodded, as he followed his ex inside. âIt smells amazing in here.â Commenting as he moved towards the bar as well. âAbsolutely. Make me the most creative thing you can come up with.â
